Access the building and unlock my office door. Then book space when I’m travelling to other parts of the UK.

Gets stuck when trying to book a room
The whole point of this app is being able to book a room. Since it gets stuck and doesn’t let you book anything, it’s pretty worthless and a bit shocking it’s even on the App Store.

Unable to add card details to complete the reservation.
Logs me out
To get the one time pass to the wifi you have to be logged in, and the wifi boots me off every week or so and I’m stuck there because then I need to log into the app and to do that you need wifi, would be okay if I didn’t have to re-login to the app everytime but I’m just stranded needing wifi to get wifi

Nothing works!
Horrible, almost nothing works, cannot search, cannot book, nothing.
Awful, can’t log in
Despite creating a password during registration, we’re not allowed to log in with a password. We have to wait for an email with a link… An email that often doesn’t arrive.
If you happen to not have your work email on your phone you’re out of luck too, as we’re forced to use the work email to register.
Not to mention that most of my colleagues were unable to register via the app. Our company strongly suggests using a web browser.
Stay away from this app, it will only cause you frustration. Plan around having to use the website.
