Great idea, aging user experience
Nice to have Israeli content available.
Unfortunately, the app is aging and offers a poor user experience.
- Weekly content releases feel like an annoying step back into the past.
- Navigation needs significant improvement. Titles are longer than the interface fields, making episode numbers hard to read. Downloads often fail to work offline, subtitles disappear faster than the audio, and there’s no option to adjust subtitle size.

UPDATE was a downgrade for Apple TV app
edit: on the Apple TV app I can no longer tell which episode of any season I’m watching. It doesn’t keep my place and if I have to back out or stop for any reason? I can’t tell what I have watched and not watched or where I am. I also can no longer put it on .75 speed which is the best, according to Izzy’s own show Hebrew By Inbal. They somehow took that away from the app! Please developers go back to what there was before and fix this. Or else get the programming for Apple TV also. It works better on my iPad but I can’t always use that. I want to watch on the TV sometimes
You just can’t beat Jews for creating great content and here is where you can find it. Unlike. Chai Flicks, Izzy mostly has Hebrew subtitles, which really helps with learning Hebrew. Highly recommend this channel and I would like to ask the company to please put Hebrew captions with all of your shows instead of just some of them.

I paid for subscription but cannot view anything. Get message that account needs to be verified and they’re sending email but not getting any. I was scammed
Great content. Bad app in UK
Sadly you cannot download to iPad or IPhone with subtitles so I can only watch with wifi. Confirmed by their support team. Such a shame as the content is superb. This review is only for the app. Not the content.
Bad update
The new version of the app handles subtitles poorly. They appear and disappear so quickly that it makes watching a movie painful

Thoughtful, incredibly well acted and interesting writing. So far I’ve seen the shows SRUGIM and Kathmandu and they have both been great. Highly recommend.
Fantastic selection of original shows
App works perfectly, watching from Australia. Shows are very original and go from disturbingly intense to extremely funny. Loads of great content to watch. Highly recommended.

J’ai oublié mon mot de passe. Lorsque j’essaie d’utiliser l’appli sur un autre dispositif, je demande un lien pour le changer, mais le email n’arrive JAMAIS. Le Help Center est nul. Ou écrire? Personne ne sait. Pourquoi créer cet appli si aucun contact avec le service client n’est prévu? Très déçue globalement.

Starting Kugel got us to subscribe and now our whole family is hooked. The programming is phenomenal, interesting, riveting and well done. Plenty of choices and something for everyone.
Subscribe button & cannot restore
The app for 2 days now has not allowed me to watch many programs and says I must subscribe. I log out, including all other devices, and I’m told that it cannot connect and so then it sends me into a loop. The help area has no link to email for help. Paid $100 a year for what?
