Crashing after latest update
The app just crashed twice whilst redeeming 15% off at Hakata ikkousha. Once when I pressed DONE with the countdown timer, and another crash when the receptionist keyed in the code for points. Never seen this before the update.

Be Wary when Buying Online
The app is fine but the same cannot be said for the products they sell online.
1) They Do Not honour their refund policy
I bought 10 boxes of their Matcha tea and the expiry online was different from the actual product delivered. With only 4mths to expiry i requested to refund 5 of 10 boxes (1/2 quantity) and they rejected on the basis that they have no fault.
2) Lack/No 3rd party independent review
After I left a negative review on Google, their Google business page disappeared (along with my review and others).
If you are buying online from them, buy a Small Quantity first to try. My mistake was buying a large quantity with incorrect expiry date and expect them to do a refund.

The point collected in the middle will loss on track. The apps never work on my phone before. Lousy.
So cumbersome
Terrible app. Have to search for the restaurant you went to, key in the receipt amount and then have to pass my phone to staff for them to key-in the PIN to approve. I hate the idea that other people are touching my phone already. In this COVID day and age, it is so unhygienic. Never going to use this again unless you make it more user friendly.

Always display a blank screen when I click into the app. If you have no intention to update and keep the app working, please take it off.
Crashes and hangs all the time
Someone needs to fire the developer for this app. One of my first few reviews, but definitely the worst review I’ve written. If you decides to roll out an app, make sure to have the decency to Ensure its at least functional.
