App kicks me out every time I sign into Thistledown location and sometimes downtown location. States someone else is logged into my account and I know I’m the only person logged into it.
App doesn’t work
The app literally doesn’t work. The new member kiosk game never loads. The mobile ordering section never takes you to the page where you can order. It’s not a network issue because I can access other apps and websites fine.

Downloaded the app for my new member free play but that part of the app doesn’t work, conveniently. I have been trying for 3 days and it just leaves a blank screen. Besides the app, the Thistledown location has very tight machines, I hardly ever see people win anything.

I love coming to Jack’s. It’s comfortable. People are nice. It’s a good getaway for a day.
Casino app
I would recommend Jacks Casino app. It’s a detailed way of keeping track of special events and offers. I absolutely love the newer features of having an option to be altered when an event takes place. I appreciate that both Cleveland and Thistle Down casino/ racing are within the same app and you are not required to have more than one.

I love the atmosphere of this casino and it’s always lively upbeat and friendly so are the dealers. The layout of the casino is awesome. I still have not stayed at the hotel. It’s attached to it. However, I’ve always stayed at the Hyatt, which is a half a block away. Plus to top it off. I’ve always won at this casino. Jack’s is awesome.

I absolutely enjoy both Jack’s casinos. My favorite is the Jacks Racino. Lovely clean atmosphere, The staff is wonderful , the dining & drink options are exquisite, a massive selection of games that you can actually win on “. Still waiting to hit the Mega ☺️
