Don’t download this
This is not the app for your generator. It does not work at all. Had me give permissions and then didn’t work. Would not pick up my generator. Once I realized that it was not for the generator itself I deleted the app and had to go back and change all my permissions. Just make sure you get the right app for your generator.

Doesn’t support Explorer 5000 Plus???
I have a brand new Explorer 5000 Plus and Battery Pack 5000 Plus. This app can’t find either one of them. It wanted me to scan a QR code but neither the Explorer nor the Battery Pack have a QR Code on them. Each has a QR Code on the back of their instruction manuals but those don’t do anything. The Explorer 5000 is connected to both Bluetooth and the internet. Jackery - Please ditch the 2 horrible apps you have and spend the time and money it takes to create one easy-to-use, functioning app that will actually work.

Will not connect
I have downloaded the correct app for my new home power 3000. I have explorer boxes as well. The app doesn’t recognize a single one of my devices. I have scanned the QR code, scan the QR code on the cardboard box in which the device arrived, and entered the serial number manually. Still nothing. There is no Bluetooth recognition. The app is a joke. So far no support from Jackery. Waiting… My Home power 3000 does not charge using the solar saga 200 panels that came with it. And these are all new products. These are not refurbished. Unacceptable.

Cannot connect to Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus
I’ve downloaded both apps on my iPhone but the device cannot be found. I’ve tried for over an hour without any luck.

Ständige Änderungen des Layouts/ Appansicht
Also ich weiß nicht warum man in der heutigen Zeit ständig das Layout ändert, ich habe das Gefühl das die Entwickler Langweile haben und sich denken „Ach wir können ja nach drei Monaten mal wieder die Ansicht der App ändern“. Es nervt nur noch, Sachen die gut funktionieren / aussehen werden permanent verschlimmbessert, die alte Ansicht der App war um Welten besser, irgendwelche Häusersymbole zu verwenden macht die App nicht unbedingt besser. Den Status des Akkus (also ob er sich im Leerlauf befindet oder lädt/entlädt) hat man mal komplett gestrichen. Was soll das?!?!?? >> zwei Sterne Abzug. Ansonsten … funktionieren tut sie jedenfalls, dort gibts keine Bedenken.

Habe den JackeryHome 2000 seit Juli in Betrieb.
Alles läuft Super.Die Abb war für mich Übersichtlich man hat genau gesehen wie der Energiefluss ist und ob geladen oder entladen wird. Die Diagramme waren schlecht zu lesen weil zu blasse Farben Verwendet wurden.
Heute das Abb Update 2.8 installiert.

Total unübersichtlich dünne

Keine Grafische Anbindung der Smart Stecker keine Anzeige der Leistungsabgabe Akku, keine Anzeige laden oder entladen. Dafür aber ein großes Haus das nicht ganz auf den Bildschirm passt.Die Farben der Diagramme immer noch zu Blass.
Ich frage mich ob die Software ein Praktikant geschrieben hat und kein Profi mal drüber geschaut hat und ob man sich mal bei der Konkurrenz umgesehen hat.
Fazit Jackery Home2000 ist ein Super Gerät das auch Funktioniert aber die Abb ist Schlecht die vorherige Version war viel Übersichtlicher auch wenn kein Haus abgebildet ist.

Jackery Home App is Worthless
I have 3 Jackery power stations and the Jackery app is unable to locate or add any of them; and yes my Jackery power stations are all on; my phone and iPad were both next to my Jackery devices; I have blue tooth enabled on both my iPhone and iPad; my WiFi connection is strong.. your app is useless. What a waste of time.

Good day! Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Would you mind downloading the Jackery app(not Jackery Home APP) and trying again? There are two versions of the app, each for different product models, and we suspect there might be a compatibility issue. Hope this helps!
Registrierungskatastrophe!
Erst die jackery App installiert… die findet meine 2000 Ultra nicht. Dann jackery Home installiert, die nimmt den Account nicht an. Also neu registrieren. Selbe email Adresse… kann mich nicht anmelden… Passwort vergessen, Konto existiert nicht. Was soll das denn? Wieso braucht es zwei Accounts für zwei Apps vom selben Hersteller? Wo habt ihr eure Programmierer her?

- was tun, wenn Ladung bei 10% und die Batterie in den standby geht, Gerät vorübergehend ausschalten oder auf standby lassen (zieht dann 20-30 Watt/h aus dem Netz!)
- warum pausiert der navi 2000 bei 100%, er könnte den PV Überschuss doch ins Netz geben?

Very Useful, Clear Energy Flow, Smooth Experience

Ganz schön mutig, so an den Start zu gehen
Erst warte ich ewig auf die Lieferung der Navi 2000, dann kommt sie, geht aber nicht mit der Jackery App. Man braucht dafür die Jackery Home App. Na gut. Will mich mit meinem Jsckery Account anmelden, geht nicht Emailadresse falsch. Will das Passwort zurücksetzen, geht nicht, Account gibt es nicht. Will einen Account anlegen, geht nicht, weil der Registriercode nicht ankommt (auch nicht im Spam Ordner). Lange schaue ich mir das nicht mehr an, dann geht das Geraffel zurück. Wie kann man so blank an den Start gehen?
Und es kam noch schlimmer. Wieviel Geld bekommen die Influenzer eigentlich für ihre Lügen? Schaltet man die N2K in Eigenverbrauchmodus und möchte 200W einspeisen, dann zieht die N2K erst mal bis zu 1000 W aus dem Netz, bis sie voll ist. Dann erst speist sie ein. Bin gespannt, wann sie wieder nachlädt. Da funktioniert ja gar nichts. Kann man auch Minus Sterne vergeben? Ich gebe doch nicht soviel Geld aus, dass die N2K dann meinen Strom in Wärme umwandelt?

I tried to scan my Explorers 1000 plus but claimed Bluetooth not connected. Firmware is updated so can’t be that.

PW Katastrophe
Hinweis an alle User, die wie ich im Anmeldeprozess verzweifeln. Als PW nur Buchstaben und Zahlen, keine Sonderzeichen. Leider sehr schlecht gelöst
App unbenutzbar
Keine Registrierung möglich. Der übermittelte Registrierungscode beträgt SECHS Stellen. Das hierfür vorgesehene Eingabefeld erlaubt auch nur SECHS stellen. Doch für die Registrierung wird ein Code von 8-20 stellen verlangt.?????????????????
Fehlende Funktionen und Übersetzungen
Das Navi2000 ist ein sehr fortschrittliches Gerät, allerdings lässt die App noch zu Wünschen übrig.
Was ich mir wünschen würde:
- Integration von Tibber (Laden über das Netz mit dynamischen Tarif)
- Korrigierte Übersetzungen

Die App hängt sich ständig auf Kein zugriff auf Einstellungen am gerät Gerät seit 2 Wochen ohne Funktion Kein einspeisen in das hausnetz möglich Hotline bemüht sich aber von Technikern bekommen sie keine Lösung Sehr schwach

It makes no sense
There is no logic to how things are laid out. The absolute killer for me is I can only add/delete “Other Load Power” is by clicking on the WiFi setting on the Home Screen. Im calling it the WiFi setting because that is what it looks like but it actually just shows that the Navi 2000 is connected via WiFi. The options to restart or power down the Navi are hidden so well I can never remember the methods to get there and end up walking over to the unit itself. Awesome fun fact. If I leave my Navi on overnight I lose 10% of the charge because I’m guessing WiFi costs the unit that much power..? If I turn off the Navi I lose around 3%. I feel like the app needs a rework and the firmware needs some updating. I get the feeling that Jackery saved some money by making sure a native English speaker never reviewed the app internally.

Thank you for your feedback. Clicking on the "Other Load Power" icon on the Energy Flow Chart allows you to quickly set the power. Clicking on "Device Control" at the bottom of the Energy Flow Chart will take you to a page where you can control all the switches connected to the Navi 2000, including restart and shutdown.
