Timers don’t work
The only reason to use this app, to set up and program timers, doesn’t work. Set up a timer and it just doesn’t register. Turns the pump off when it’s supposed to run
Pump timer auto turns off
Timers are set and used to work. Now, when I check to why the pump isn’t turning on per timer the slide is off. Reverts to on and when I check right back it’s off to on - so forth and so on. Timer simply quit working. Otherwise, good app.
Awesome and will keep using it.
I think this is awesome I mean it’s so hard to find a pool pump that you can control wireless on it self and not spend the extra money on an accessories to control the system, so yes I can’t be away from my house when using the app But I can be in my house and or even sitting out on my back patio and use the application.. It wouldn’t be safe if I could just turn it on while I’m gone thats why there’s a control panel on the pump it self.. So For One We Love this app and The jacuzzi brand of products..

Awesome App - In-Ground Variable Speed Pool Pump.
The App works great. I just bought the JVX-300 Variable Speed Pool Pump (Bluetooth) and love it.
Pros on App - 4 customizable timers, customizable Priming settings, ability to change the RPMs to your likings, customizable RPM setting on preset buttons (low, medium, high). Option to switch from Automatic to manual mode. While in “Auto” mode, you can select the preset set speed (low, medium, high) and it will run until the next timer setting.
Cons on App - have to be with in proximity of the pump to access through Bluetooth. The timers configuration start and end time are within 12am to 12am. There is no bug issue it’s just app limitation/ configuration. There is a workaround when using multiple timers.
Even though you have to be close to the pool pump, I can still access within the house. This is better than going your pool equipment and trying to change any setting manually at the pump. Other reviews are forgetting what Bluetooth means and it’s limitations.
Suggestions: It would be awesome to have access to the pool pump remotely (wifi) without using an expensive external Automated system. I would like to have the option to turn off/on the pump during High Electricity Spikes in Houston when I’m away from home (currently using Griddy as my Electricity Provider). Another great feature that will blow the competition away is to provide the kWh usage per Hour, Day, Month and Year. Also have a month to month comparison graph chart.
And make this IFTTT compatible!!!!!!

Timer bug
As another review mentioned, the timer bug still exists. You can not start a timer in the PM and have end in the AM via the app. When you set it at the pump, and you connect via the app for any reason, it disables the invalid timer at the pump and you’ll have to go and manually rest the timer at the pump. We run our pump at night in the colder months, so this timer bug is a big issue. Emailed jacuzzi about it, and never received any response.
