Jacuzzi gave up on support
This thing is an absolute trash app and I understand exactly how to use it how to connect, etc.… spending over $5000 on a sauna to have this experience is – well it makes me question why I trust anything or anyone in life.
Go play lotto if this works for you…
Hard to understand, and I think I’m pretty capable when it comes to tech. I did all that was instructed, and more. Hard to believe how terrible this app is to get to work. Do better Clearlight! You’re right in the middle of some of the best colleges in the country that excel in tech, and yet you can’t figure this out. So much money for a sauna, and such a pathetic app to dump on your customers base. Acknowledge some get lucky, but they are few and far between…

WiFi Connection Difficult
This app seems impossible to connect to WiFi. I’ve forced my router to 2.4Ghz and still it just turns saying connecting. Then a cancel button appears and it just churns. Finally the sauna exits setup mode while the app is still churning. I’ve closed the app and waited five minutes and nothing. Extremely frustrating. This really needs to be worked on and an updated pushed to the app.

Wish I would have known
I expected so much more from an app for the Clearview saunas. So clunky and locks up my phone all of the time.
Awesome Experience!
The app is super useful and easy to set up! All I needed to do was make sure I had a 2.4 dedicated network.
Jacuzzi app hopeless
I found the Jacuzzi app , Clearlght sauna alright at the beginning but is now hopeless, couldn’t reinstall and it kee we pr locking up my iPhone !!!

App is long past its prime. Never reliable, unable to connect, unable to operate sauna remotely.
Embarrassingly bad
Just getting connected to the Sauna is an impossible task. Once connected God Forbid you lose the connection- getting the connection back is an exercise in frustration.
Also Dont put the sauna outside- getting it above 110 is an all day all night activity- so if the App is not working- it ain’t happening

Thousands of dollars for a smart sauna with an app that doesn’t work
I’d give it 0 stars. I’m appalled by this app. They should be ashamed of themselves for even promoting the option of using the app knowing it doesn’t work. Don’t download it. Don’t waste your time. It won’t work.

Connected once when I first set up, since then the app cannot even find the sauna.
Worst App ever written
Great Sauna, horrible app. The app was working on my phone for about a year. Took me hours to get working the first time. Tried to get it working on my iPad and both apps will not connect. Took another hour to get it working. UNPLUG SAUNA FOR 30 SECONDS AND START SETUP AGAIN. That finally worked. I am a software engineer!

Can’t connect - again
This app used to work well , but haven’t been able to connect to the sauna through the app , spent a lot of time trying . This needs to be fixed , like others have said
Used for Clearlight sanctuary 3
Setting up was nearly impossible until I found the YouTube video by Dickie Walsh titled “Installing the App”. Following his instructions worked instantly. The UI leaves a lot to be desired but the app is functional and does what I need. Everything on the control panel can be controlled on the app.

Patience on the setup- but it DOES WORK
Read the set up instructions online - follow to a T. Took me some time but it does everything is says it will. Coolest part with my Sanctuary 2 in this app is that it allows me to turn on the sauna for LONGER than 60 min…which is all the interface in the sauna will allow. So yes, setup is a pain, yes, the interface is archaic, but yes it works and provides much better function for the sauna itself.
I never write reviews, but wanted to send some encouragement for this app now that I know it works.

Needs updates !
This app is great and worked well for years but sometimes acts up and lose all functionality. It died on us after 3 years and likely needs a bug update. I expected better from a premium sauna brand like this.
Is this app terrible or is there something wrong with my sauna?
It takes way too long to respond. I turn the sauna on and it takes 10-30 seconds to reflect, there is no indication if it is loading, or responding to the button press. Seems very primitive for a $15k sauna

Another useless app from Clearlight/Jacuzzi that does not work at all. Cannot even connect.
Stopped working
App worked fine for about a month then it disconnected. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I’ve tried unplugging the sauna and doing a hard reset. I confirmed that the sauna is in Wi-Fi setup mode and my phone is on 2.4. It will not reconnect. I’ve been trying for weeks now. Reached out to customer service with no reply yet. Really frustrating since I have an outdoor sauna and it was helpful to preheat before getting out of bed or while finishing a workout.
