Can never “earn my rewards”
I can’t earn any rewards because I can’t log into the app. This has been an issue since day one opening in Greenville NC.. I’ve even tried resetting my password several times. I’ll get active successfully reset message, but once I try to log in with the new password it’s suddenly wrong. If y’all don’t really want to give us our rewards, just say that!

App sucks
Always signs me out and won’t let me back in. I have a free sandwich that’s about to expire that it won’t even let me use. I tried changing the password and everything and it won’t send me the email to do it. Checked my junk folder and everything. Been trying for over an hour. Guess I won’t be eating Jagger’s anymore…

Great Burger!
Great burgers and sides. Milkshakes so thick you need a spoon! Fast service and friendly staff. Love being able to order through the app and pick it up in the drive through! Highly recommend!

Check in doesn’t always work
Twice in the past few weeks I have checked in to do curbside pickup and it either stalled, or today, kept spinning and finally said I was checked in and my food was being prepared. 10 minutes later I had to call and they say I haven’t checked in. Very frustrating. Even McDonald’s has a better app and system.

Pretty simple but… kids meals
Update: 12/20 - still haven't fixed the options for kids meals. Had to keep restarting the app because my phone number "contained a string," even though I only entered numbers. After the fourth app restart, it worked.

Rewards are not working!
I tried to redeem the free milkshake birthday reward when placing a burger order and it won’t allow me to apply the coupon. The login screen is also a pain, as it’s not working smoothly with the saved passwords feature on iPhones.
