The worst app I’ve found.
I bought a Jaguar and paid the exorbitant fees for the Connected Navigation Pro. This app doesn’t recognise my login name, won’t connect to my car, and is basically worse than useless.

Can’t seem to figure out where my car is anymore. This app worked okay until the latest few updates. Now it always thinks I’m parked miles away.

One of the worst route planners I’ve ever tried to use. Come on Jaguar, we pay enough for it, sort it out!
Average and still buggy
The map is showing the car stuck 330 miles from where the car is and when I try and change - nothing happens. Also appears to have me walking and not in my car. Seems to be the default even though I have changed it 10 times.

Useless!
App is pretty much useless. First time my phone overheated big time (iPhone 16), second time I had no issues, but third time app stopped casting onto the car screen.

Poor to say the least
Just bought a new f-type and downloaded all the on line stuff. The Route Planner crashes each time you attempt to select the settings from the menu. Then the app will not open from the app icon on my phone. There is no where to report any problems to the developers and so hopefully they may read this review. The only resolution to this issue is to fully delete the app from my phone and totally reinstall it. I came over from Mercedes and must say their ‘online’ presence is far superior to that of jaguar. To be clear my iPhone 14 Pro Max is fully up to date etc and I have no issues with other apps. Up date…this app appears to have been abandoned by jaguar as have their customers!

Privi-Pro Support???
Attempted to connect this app to my 22MY HSE and it will not connect. From Googling this it appears the app only works with the older Touch-Pro. Come on developers - we need an update please.

Can’t believe Apple allow this flawed App to be on the App Store, and for Jaguar this app is a massive fail and damages the brand

This app can’t even find my email address. I’ve just come from a Mercedes who have the Mercedes Me app, Never once had a problem. Hope the car isn’t as bad else it’s going to be a long few years.
The app always close after starting it up.
The app always close after starting it up. When I search for an address in the app and select it then press "start route", the app closes. When I re-open the app, it closes immediately. When I delete the app and re-install it again and login. It works again for only one time.
No longer works
Jaguar have obviously stopped support for Route Planner but seems to have neglected to tell vehicle owners. I just recently upgraded to a facelift F-Pace and can no longer add the vehicle to Route Planner also it won’t actually run on IOS 17.
Doesn’t seem they have a replacement disappointing.
