As a STRATA/PROPERTY MANAGER on JAK IQ you can: * Receive job reports from tenants or lot owners. * Post a job directly to your favourite tradie or select from our database of qualified providers. * Be notified of your tradies arrival time and track their progress from the start of the job to completion. * Communicate seamlessly with everyone in the building or property to ensure they know when repairs are happening. * Receive invoices at the completion of the job via the app and download PDF. As a TENANT/LOT OWNER you can: * Quickly and easily send job requests to your property/strata manager with images and a description to show what is required. * Receive notifications when repairs are occurring at your property or in your building and stay up to date with the progress of the job. As a PROVIDER on JAK IQ, you’ll have access to jobs and be able to manage them easily. * Sign up as a provider on JAK IQ through the app. * Receive notifications of jobs available in your area. * Accept jobs with ease and communicate seamlessly with the strata/property manager via the app. * Add items and time to an invoice and send straight to the strata/property manager at completion of the job.
