Went to subscription model

Not good. But the app is very good to learn songs in band format.

Simply the Best there is…

Absolutely impressed with what this app offers musicians everywhere!

As someone who mentors others, I have seen a 110% increase in the creativity and attitude of users firsthand when they use this.

It is an absolute must-have for beginners to advanced players alike. It truly puts a HUGE smile on your face from what you experience.

Thank you to the developers… This belongs in every musician's toolbox!

This app RIPS

I NEVER leave reviews. This app is everything a guitarist could ever want. Absolutely amazing. I use it for solo gigs as my backing band and remove the guitar and singing tracks. I hope the guy who made this app is a millionaire

It does what it does, extremely well.

That being said, while it’s musicianship is consistently top notch, and the CS folks actually do a great job handling suggestions and corrections through their normal channels, it does not, unfortunately, include a magical audio engineering staff.

And that’s the biggest “complaint” from users, that it doesn’t do other things.

But for a number of us, it fulfills a key desire to our performance…
make sure your playing with folks better than you - “they” never miss their notes… 🤔😂 -

which always elevates your performance to match theirs. 🙏🏼🫶

Unnecessary parts. Too

Why include an artist’s conversation at the head of a song? It’s not the song and irrelevant. Then it wants me to rate it constantly - enough already.

Could be the best app in the universe - but…

Hi - you have entered password hell. I use this app on my older iPad and it works great, but, I downloaded it on my iMac M4 Desktop and it insisted I set up a new account. Upon doing this, all of my playlists vanished. The Jam Zone app did not recognize my account. I jumped through hoops attempting to contact support - forget it. They say they’re in Massachusetts, USA, but they might as well be on the dark side of a moon in another galaxy. Connectivity issues also hamper using the Pro level for anything. I sure don’t want to delete my account, but I may have to.

Playlist

Should have a transition option from song to song in a playlist to reduce the transition time between songs in a set

Works great, lots of songs

JamZone is my ultimate play along companion.

Excellent Except

The app is great no doubt however there is no option in the app to increase Lyric size!! I emailed Jamzone and recommended this. Let’s see what happens.

Great practice app

I play electric guitar in a soul band but also acoustic 6 and 12 strings in a Folk duo. I was looking for backing tracks to rehearse over and came across Jamzone. It is a fantastic app in so many ways. I can use it to practice whole songs or just loop solos. I like the ability to use a capo to simplify chords and also the pitch shift and tempo shift features. On those rehearsal occasions when my band has been short of a drummer or bass player, I can use the app to fill in the missing part. I haven’t gigged with it as I only subscribe to the basic version but I’m sure it would be perfectly feasible. My only criticism (developers take note) is that I’m based in the UK and many of the tracks are from American bands so I occasionally come up short looking for particular UK tracks. Other than that it is fantastic. I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Excellent for serious musicians

Very versatile app for single player to a full band!

Pretty good

The volume of the tracks is inconsistent from song to song. The sound quality can also vary quite a bit

Could be better.

Three things that will make this app perfect.

MIDI Send, so we could trigger effect changes, lighting or really synchronize any external device that accepts midi commands.

Also having the ability to add my own songs for original bands.

And, I would prefer to buy the app and individual songs rather than a subscription. (For a reasonable price of course)

Portrait mode impossible

I really want to use this app in portrait mode but there doesn’t seem to be an option available

Great for Small Gigs

So many options, well thought out and intuitive. Not a hugs fan of the vocals but that is not really a big deal.

My wish!

I enjoy the backing tracks but I wish that you would also have the sheet music to accompany the tracks.
That’s the only reason I don’t go to the next level.
I wouldn’t need to go anywhere else and would spend most of my life on here.
