About

Three minutes brisk. Three minutes easy. Repeat. That is the whole routine — and Japanese Walk handles the timing, so all you do is walk. **A guided 30-day challenge** Every day has a plan. The programme starts at three rounds and builds gradually over thirty days, so day one is easy to start and day thirty feels earned. Choose Starter, Standard or Active, and change it whenever you like. **A timer built for walking** Numbers big enough to read at arm's length. Sound, voice and vibration cues at every interval change, so you never have to look at your phone mid-walk. Lock the screen, put it in your pocket, take a call — the timer keeps perfect time and picks up exactly where it should. **A streak worth keeping** Complete a walk, keep the streak. Life happens, so rest days hold your streak and a few streak freezes quietly cover a missed day. No shaming, no punishment. **Walk the World** Every completed interval moves you along a virtual route — Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Seoul, Bali, Singapore and more. Reach checkpoints, collect souvenirs, and start a new journey when you finish one. Journey progress is earned from your completed intervals; the app never asks for your location. **Level up every walk** Earn XP, climb walker levels, and take on a friendly weekly challenge — the Lazy Dragon, the Couch Monster, the Procrastinator, and finally the Old You. More than 30 achievements along the way. **Share the win** Turn any finished walk into a share card, and challenge a friend to beat your streak. **After day 30** Finishing the challenge unlocks Endless Walk: keep your streak, keep levelling, keep exploring new journeys. **Private by design** No account. No sign-up. No location permission. No step tracking. Everything you record stays on your device. Japanese Walk provides general fitness and walking guidance and is not medical advice. Choose a comfortable pace and stop if you feel unwell. **Terms of Use (EULA):** https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
