Difficult to Use

This is one of the most difficult apps and website to use. The time for pick-up or delivery resets without notice and I cannot choose a future date and time for delivery using the app on my iPhone. Needs lots of improvement.

Cannot checkout

I’ve had to call in my orders the past 3, now 4 times because every time I proceed to pay, I get a Something went wrong message. I’m also not getting credit for the order I am placing over the phone even though they said I would. Yall need to fix this.
