App is good but when i try to order why is the only thing that pops up the salad bar for pickup it’s so annoying trying to figure out how to order a sandwich when it only gives me an option for the salad and soup 😒
App ok, update frequency is ridiculous
The app is absolutely fine and does everything its supposed to without any issues, zero complaints there. The issue is that its updated every few weeks and it wont let you open the app without updating first. This is absurd for a food app, to make matters worse the Jason’s Deli location I typically eat at is in a Verizon dead zone so it struggles to update. With the exception of banking or critical security updates an app should not force you to update before opening.

Jason Deli
First of all me and my family love Jason’s Deli. There is such a variety of menu items. The bake potatoes are good, the Amy sandwich is delicious and I like the gumbo. I recently visited with my family and I like the Deli Dollars rewards. I purchased several meals and my points for the reward program did not register. I called Corporate office and the lady that answered was very pleasant. She asked for my receipt information and within minutes my points showed on my account. I want to thank her for excellent customer service and taking are of my situation in a timely instant manner.
