Shut down and still taking money from me
Jasper shut down and yet I’m still finding transactions being deducted from my account even though my card balance is $0.00 and they closed down shop… waiting for the class action lawsuit on this one! Developer, please contact me asap.
The Death of a Mediocre Card
Not very nice of them to cancel everyone’s accounts with no prior notice. In fact, they had nerfed my card’s credit limit for “insufficient usage”, making the card useless. No wonder why Cstacks was struggling with their customer base. I have since moved onto much much better cards (including one with a particular roman soldier) and it’s so much better there.

I got an email at 3AM CST in the morning saying that within 22 hours all jasper cards were going to be closed. Shame on these idiots, closing accounts without notice.

And they just went out of business. Thanks for closing everyones accounts and dropping our credit scores. 1 star
Agree with everyone else
Longest wait times ever to reflect on payments which I was always consistent about until my card had unauthorized charges and upon calling to dispute the charges I literally felt the person on the other end of the line had no clue what to do causing my stress to soar into a panic attack. My balance is unusually always close to maxed out as soon as I’m close to paying it all back at once. This Is so similar to my credit builder with chime which I felt I never used but was always paying crazy sums each week but things just don’t seem right and it’s very confusing to keep track of but there’s also no way to change payment date. Best part now after all the odd things to have happened I get an email saying they’re discontinuing the card all together!
