Very good staff but app is very since the recent update four months ago
I am very grateful to the decent customer service member who helped me on 3 rd of August at 9:13 am . I d recommend JAWA HR : convenient service hours & excellent clean friendly workers . Yet the app itself has turned into the worst app in the country with the last update it forced me to make around April or May 2026 : so many gliches unable to even rate the workers nor chat with customer service even whatsapp no one answers .

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
These people donβt care about their customers. Untrained and unprofessional customer service even in the way they speak to you.
One time they came 1 hour late and only spent 3 out of 4 hours paid for. When I tried to get compensation, I had to raise the issue 3 times. Then they said we canβt do anything about it.
Another time, I missed their call and they canceled the service. I contacted them, they said will contact you within 72 hours to find a solution!!! So I have to wait all this time to get a new service?

No way to report - app needs major improvements
I had negative experience with a cleaner and wanted to report it, but the app does not allow me to rate previous visits, leave feedback or block a cleaner. Every time I try, I get an error. The app also does not let customers reliably choose a preferred cleaner or prevent specific cleaner from being assigned again.
Customer service does not answer the phone, so there is no alternative way to resolve these issues.

Worst service
1- they cancel visits when they want . 2- they have poor customer service you wont receive replies easily . 3- everyime new maid. 4- they dont care of customers. 5- yammak is recommended who have better services.
