I’m not ready to rate this app yet. I bought into a year and so I want to give it that much time because I know it takes consistency to see results. My question is though, do the exercises ever change? I get bored doing the same thing routinely day after day and I was hoping that I would see some new exercises submitted by now after 18 days. The App won’t let you view ahead to see if there’s new exercises coming.

I rate this app with a 5 star rating. Although i don’t workout on this app much but when i see the notifications i get from the app, i feel my bro is calling me and sometimes the notification are also funny and by which I personally prefer this app more than others
