Where Are You Support
Loved this when it worked, great workouts. We haven’t been able to log in to our system for months. Login doesn't work, you can't reset your password but they certainly continue to collect their subscription payment and since we can't log in we can't unsubscribe.
We've tried to contact support but never get a response. A lot of money wasted on what used to be a great thing.

Save your money
This is a terrible brand terrible warranty and terrible product the only thing they did right was the idea these things stopped working app won’t even allow me to sign in now and no help from company or refund. I’m sure this company is already bankrupt or on the way
Online services are gone
For over two months I have not been able to login on the app. Server not found address not found server timed out every time. They have never replied to my emails to support.
Dead weights
You can’t log into the app anymore and the weights require the app. This sure was a lesson learned. What a waste of money and I can’t even get a refund. I’ll reach out to consumer protection but I’m assuming this company is defunct.
Pointless

Dead as a dodo
I just want to control my foam roller remotely. Can't sign in, can't retrieve password, can't set up new account. App is now just an error message generator.
Bankrupt?
The app no longer works, logged out of your account, cant log on, can’t create an account, and can’t reset your password. Looks like the backend system is no longer in place… maybe JAXJOX haven’t been paying their AWS bills? If you’ve recently bought a JAXJOX product you might want to request a refund while you still can. Several people seeing the same issues, just take a look at Trustpilot.

Never has worked
Wasted $400 on their weights and used them 1x. App controls weights, app never works. Avoid this brand

I used to be able to use this app perfectly, I just tried to use it again after a while and says that the app is down and developers are aware of the issue, I assume it’s been like this for a while now looking at the comments! Really disappointed as I assume the app won’t come back!
A response would be nice!
App simply doesn’t work. Try to register for the first time and you get error messages. Even when you try to be smart and login in with the Apple ID. It states server busy. Website hopeless. Support haven’t responded at all. It’s a shame because the kit is nice, but a waste of time.
Can't log in
I think this app might be dead / no longer supported. I've tried to login several times over the last several months and every time it's "can't log in - servers are busy"

This app doesn’t work. I emailed support on 12 July and was told that they were working on a fix. It’s 1 August and it’s still not fixed. What is the point of a smart app connected kettleball when the app doesn’t work? Utterly pointless. Spend your money elsewhere
Spent a fortune a year ago now useless
It used to work fine. Now, year later, app doesn’t recognise login. New account just gives error. Can’t control the dumbbells manually there are just stuck. Past warranty. £400 wasted. Avoid

Horrible app - waste of money to buy their equipment
App use to be decent but is unusable since you can never log in.
I suspect they are out of business as nobody ever replies.
Thankfully - I bought the dumbbells at an extreme discount but knowing what I know now I would have bought a second pair of powerblocks instead.

Installed, uninstalled, off and on again! Useless
Can’t login
God put it out of the app for some reason, dealt with Support finally got logged in and then got booted out again. Now I can’t login and Support is so useless.
Doesn’t work at all
Paid a fortune for the Kettlebell set but the app just doesn’t load , won’t let you set up an account just constantly responds saying “server error” - avoid this product and company , waste of money
