Brilliant hotel, fabulous staff. 2nd visit and would definitely come again. Great location, good food and if you want a relaxing holiday with plenty of sunshine then this is perfect
Leider enttäuschend!
Ich habe auch gedacht, dass man mit der App zum Beispiel Restaurants reservieren kann oder, wie in RIU Hotels zum Beispiel, ein Problem mit dem Zimmer melden kann. Leider weit gefehlt! Man kann sich nur die Hotels der JAZ Gruppe anschauen. Da stellt sich mir die Frage nach der Sinnigkeit der App, denn das kann ich auch über jeden Browser.

Only good for booking rooms
In the hotel it looked like the app was for maps and information about the hotel - which would be useful.

Beautiful hotel, staff are fabulous and cannot do enough for you. Food is fantastic, amenities are fantastic, the spa is fabulous. I love everything about being here

The Jaz resort made it seem like this app had useful information on resort activities and layouts but all that it offers is a way to book stays at the various Jaz resorts which you could obviously just do online!
Was soll ich mit der App
Überall im Hotel gibt es QR-Codes, um diese App downloaden. Ich weiß gar nicht, was ich mit der App anfangen soll, habe sie wieder gelöscht und bin vor zur Rezeption um mein Restaurant zu reservieren.
Why does that app exist
Honestly I don’t understand that app. The only thing you can do here is book a hotel. If you are already at the hotel, you can’t use it. If you already have a booking, that app is obsolete.
My booking has disappeared
I used the app to book a vacation stay in Egypt and while the app shows it as booked there is no confirmation number - no confirmation email was sent to me - I have called, emailed and sent WhatsApp messages to Jaz hotels and no one has replied. Not sure this company is responsible and it’s booking app does not work.
