Good sound but…
Sound is pretty good but very often they fall out of my ear. And I know this is petty but maybe my fingers are too big but kinda difficult taking out of the charger.
Doesn’t work
Somehow the app is never connected to the ear buds. The number of times I’ve had to just stare at the loading screen is insane

Disappointed
Decent price. Not great sound quality. Purchased for a long flight. Could hardly hear the movie audio over the ambient noise of the plane. If using in a room all alone, they are average at best. If using in public environments, spend more money and buy something better.

Constant problems with getting them to charge. Ambient aware only worked about a week before it just made an unbearable constant screeching sound.

Lowest volume is too loud
As the title states, the lowest volume on these headphones is too loud. Not everyone is going deaf and needs everything loud. The status alerts as well are so much louder than necessary. Take a lesson from the JLab app, which has an overall volume protection option and a reasonable status alert volume.

Horrible Experience
I had JBL TWS PRO 2, After few months app stop detecting my earbuds. Just after one month of warranty expiry, one ear piece stops working. When I asked for paid repair or parts availability then I got to know that their product falls under non repair category and they don’t even disclose it to customers. According to them, this is internal service classification, they don’t bother about disclosing it to customers.
So think twice before buying its products.

App doesn’t work.
I suggest you search / ask AI about JBL earbuds “connected to phone, app says can’t find headphones”. This app didn’t work on an iPhone 13 and then a 17. The app never requests Bluetooth access and then whines that it can’t see the earbuds. It straight up doesn’t work.
