My jbl headphones have an extremely sensitive auto-pause feature that activates whenever I move my head. Online it says to download the app to turn off auto pause but the app can never locate my headphones even when they are paired to my phone
The overall ui is great. I just hope that they read my review and add dark mode and dark app icon which will look really clean considering the amount of black headphones and earbuds JBL releases.
Amazing sound quality for headphones price
I need Wave buds 2 there, why the hell won’t they have it? I have connected via Bluetooth but I want to disable this annoying “ambient mode” (which basically sucks if you want to play music)
Best headphones I have ever bought
It is the best 5stars
it does not connect to jbl wavebeams even though they are listed as a product and are connected to the bluetooth on my phone
It’s a everyday struggle getting these things to work several times only one powers on the power butting doesn’t work I don’t know what they are doing most of the time save up for a better quality
I’ve done. Everything will not connect to the app at all keep saying cannot find.
So much easier to use, they sound so much better, cheaper and way more comfortable. I have a portable DJ speaker, in ear, on ear and over ear from JBL and all of them are phenomenal quality. The only other brand that compares is soundcore.
Seems like no matter what I try, I’m constantly experiencing connection issues with this app. It’ll find the headphones, then disconnect, then reconnect. Gotta get your UX designers on this one and improve the experience.
How do I disengage calling random people while I’m working because the headphones touched something on the right hand side?
JBL 770NC are awesome thank you JBL
Where can I start? I can start by seeing you. Very nice. Easy operation. High-quality sound extensive futuristic experience. Very nice pair of headphones. Thanks for the build.
Sound
…it started having two audio streams from the same device, one connected to phone volume, and the other a quieter, low quality one unresponsive to volume controls. Since my headphones have a broken lower-the-volume button, I cannot factory reset them, and the app is unable to remotely factory reset them.

The right earbud refuses to charge and put into the charge pod or when plugged in in the charge pod. This has been a problem with two prior pairs that I have replaced. This is clearly an issue that you have had for quite a while and have not addressed. I will not be buying JBL products.
Never connects with my JBL Beam earphones. It used to and now it doesn't. Don't use JBL for iPhone.
Got some Vibe Beams. There’s a QR in the guide that comes with it. I download the app only to find it won’t connect with them and the app doesn’t work with Vibe Beams. They are not on the list of supported products. Why put the QR in the guide if you don’t support it?
But it keeps trying to connect to bluetooth even when it is in the case. So it kills the battery of the case trying to connect
