The headphones are amazing but the app is acting weird I’ve tried multiple times to connect my headphones on the app but it says it couldn’t find my headphones but they’re connected to my phone.

“Premium experience”
These are premium headphones. They were expensive to purchase. I should not have to download an app to use them properly. The worst part is those same changes I make also reset if they die, or I delete the app. I should be able to customize them through the settings on the device I use. The only reason I have this app is to disable an annoying feature on the headphones. Although I enjoy the feel and sound quality of the headphones themselves I despise the fact I have to rely on this app to enjoy them.

Why is there no dark mode and why doesn’t it automatically switch via the phone’s theme. It’s 2026, I wish to stop flash banging myself. Also, why can’t my headphones start with ambient mode turned OFF?

The battery doesn’t last
Bought these earphones about a year and a half ago. They were creative first long battery life. Now the left ear piece only charges up to 20% and the covering is coming off. I don’t abuse these things I use them very apparently I will not get another set like this.
