this app is pretty easy to set up but if it doesn’t work for you like what happened to me i suggest redownloading the app and in rolling again if you have this problem
It’s now even worse than I thought
Originally it wouldn’t let me link my debit card or my bank to apple or Cashapp, and now I can’t even spend it so now there’s money in my account that I can’t even touch and the support isn’t even the slightest of help, I told them a question a week ago… still no response?

M&T way smoother you are over complicated
Suboptimal
This application is unable to automatically detect the check and amount. I am able to deposit one check and then must log out and re-login to deposit another check as the app hangs up. Every time I present a check to the application it gives me the same message which must be cleared before taking the photo. Love the bank - dislike the app.

Very difficult to use
If JBT is going to service loans then make setting up online payment easy. You should not try to force someone to open a banking account. There should nit be a million step process to complete it. Every other account has online bill pay that you can use without all these hoops to jump though. I will never open an account because of this. The people are nice but in this day and age their online services are terrible forcing your to use a stamp or wast time driving to the bank. Rediculous.

This is the easiest bank I have ever dealt with over my long years of banking! JBT is close by, friendly and if you have any issues the Grantville branch has helped me with 2 major issue! They helped me out timely and with great ease and so friendly!
Your group of employee’s are so friendly and they call you by your first name when you come up to their window which I really like! Makes you think they are really interested in you as a customer and not just your money!

Zero star rating
I cannot update my mobile app because ISO 16 is not available. I am current on ISO updates with 15.8.2. So I can no longer use JBT Mobile Banking because it is only comparable with an OS that is not available. Thanks for making banking so much easier by making me come in to a branch to do my banking. Zero star rating!

Unable to use new update
Unfortunately I can no longer access my account because my phone doesn’t have an iOS 16.0 update. So now I cannot use the JBT app

These people will make paying your note as difficult as humanely possible. I read them my account number directly off of THEIR provided pay slips. They can’t find me. Then they tell me to go in person to make a payment. What’s the app for? Where’s customer service? Why can’t I be let in the app to GIVE YOU MONEY?
