Jcampus student doesn’t show the current class schedule
So when I first logged in it worked fine I saw my 9th grade year class fine but the second time I logged in it reverted to my 8th grade year schedule and I’ve literally tried everything to get it to go back to my current schedule it just won’t work

Can’t sign in anymore, I put my login information in and then try to log in and it doesn’t move at all. The login button doesn’t work.

I use this and the teacher app daily. Very rarely do I have any issues and if I have issues I receive recommendations from support within minutes! It is so convenient to have all the information I need at my fingertips!
Can’t sign in
There is always a login issue with this app. Don’t waste your time downloading it. Just go to the website. I have created two logins. After trying to login, a error message comes up with my name and my baby’s psn number stating the login is invalid, so I go to create a login with the information again, it tells me the information has been used. It does this over and over again. I just login in on the website. The app is trash and can’t store data properly.

Worst app in the App Store, seriously. I cannot get in touch with anyone regarding this app. Once you create a login that’s it you will not be let back in. Please don’t waste your time, ask the school for an alternative app that will work

Why do you only need an id number to sign in??
You can literally sign into anybody’s account and see parents phone numbers, bus address, their birth date, and more, with just their student ID number. This is a serious issue that needs to be fixed immediately.

Cannot login and won’t let me change password without answering security questions (forgot answers). No contact email or number for help

Terrible app always says no active student and it does not alert everyone with messages about buses not running.

Been trying to add my children and it won’t move past the login. I’ve deleted the app and replaced it. I also tried restarting my phone and I still get nothing.
