تطبيق ماعنده مصداقيه تحددون سعر وبعده يصير سعر لو في نجمة وحده حطيت

التطبيق جيد لكن مشكلته أنه يعطي الوقت المتوقع لوصول السيارة دقيقتين أو ثلاثة مثلا، فأقوم بالموافقة وتأكيد الطلب، فأجد أن السيارة تحتاج ربع ساعة أو ثلث ساعة لتصل، ولا يمكنني التراجع أو عدم القبول، ولو تم إخباري سلفًا بأن الوقت سيكون طويلًا لاخترت الذهاب بتاكسي عادي كي لا أتأخر عن دوامي أو أضطر لإلغاء الطلب ودفع غرامة.. يعني باختصار: لما تعطونا وقت وصول قريب وبعد ما نوافق تروحوا تغيروا الوقت بوقت أطول بكثير فهذا غش.. ولهذا قررت أن ألغي فكرة طلب سيارة عن طريقكم حتى لا أقع بهذا الفخ المتكرر.
