The driver accepted the route but never pick us up. We waited 25 minutes as expecting city traffic at noon. But he never shows up and does not want to cancel the drive

GSM is a gift to the community!
I can’t thank this platform enough for its excellent service to the commuters. So far, I don’t have a single negative feedback about GSM because all of my rides have been nothing short of TOPNOTCH and PLEASANT. All of the drivers are courteous and they exemplify good work ethic. The cars are super clean, smell good, and, because they’re EVs, the rides are super smooth. And, best of all, the price point is AFFORDABLE compared to Uber and Grab. Since I started using GSM, I hardly ever use Grab anymore. I look forward to never have to use Grab anymore. 🤗

Cannot cancel order
I placed a food order from FamilyMart and the store appeared to be closed but I cannot cancel the order. Several drivers had asked me to cancel the order but the button was grayed out/unavailable to press. This caused so much inconvenience for both ends
