ドライバーの質が悪く受け取り側に迷惑をかけることが多く、運営にもつながらないことが多い
・海外ドライバーは予約しても来ないことが多い
・日本人ドライバーもアプリないで送り主に駐車場代等を請求する機能があるものの受取人に現金を要求することがある
・責任がなく喧嘩腰のドライバーが一定数いる

Won’t allow me to select my country
There’s no ability to select my country and it decided, without asking me, that I’m in the USA. There’s no email address to ask for help. There are no options for me. I’m in Mexico, all of my friends are able to use it. But because the app doesn’t give me any option to select Mexico or any option to ask for help, I’m leaving this review. I tried to solve this using the missives on their site, through searches, through trying to find a way to reach them - nothing.
