Đặt xe 2 lần tuy hơi khó kiếm nhưng thật sự gia đình mình khá may mắn khi gặp đc 2 bác tài rất nhiệt tình.

・日本人ドライバーもアプリないで送り主に駐車場代等を請求する機能があるものの受取人に現金を要求することがある
・責任がなく喧嘩腰のドライバーが一定数いる

Won’t allow me to select my country
There’s no ability to select my country and it decided, without asking me, that I’m in the USA. There’s no email address to ask for help. There are no options for me. I’m in Mexico, all of my friends are able to use it. But because the app doesn’t give me any option to select Mexico or any option to ask for help, I’m leaving this review. I tried to solve this using the missives on their site, through searches, through trying to find a way to reach them - nothing.

Beberapa kali saya suka menggunakan layanan lalamove dan overall semuanya baik2 saja,namun sering kali saya melihat driver lalamove ngebut2an dijalan dan sesuka hati ,dan kemudian terjadi langsung di saya Driver lalamove daerah cinere menabrak mobil saya dan tanpa maaf atau pertanggung jawaban dia kabur gitu aja!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of drivers assigned to my orders. This is not an isolated incident—it has happened repeatedly.
The drivers often have very poor time management, arrive late without informing customers, and show an unprofessional attitude. On multiple occasions, they refused to answer phone calls or respond to messages, making it impossible to coordinate the delivery.
What concerns me the most is that items have also gone missing during a delivery, which is completely unacceptable. This has seriously affected my trust in Lalamove’s service.
As a customer, I expect drivers to be punctual, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite.
I urge Lalamove to investigate these incidents seriously, take appropriate action against the drivers involved, and improve your driver screening and service quality. If this issue continues, I will have no choice but to stop using Lalamove and share my experience publicly with others.
I hope to receive a proper explanation and a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible
