Mình thấy không ok với việc đặt đồ ăn bên này, đơn đặt xong thấy có vấn đề, ngay sau vài giây mình đã ấn huỷ mà ko thể huỷ được, liên hệ tổng đài thì lằng nhằng. 1 lần rút kinh nghiệm, sẽ không đặt đồ ăn bên này nữa
Booked Php 82-101 Paid ₱200 more and Bad navigation
Be careful with this twice happen to my Fam. We booked a GSM its cheap 82-101 pesos but when we reach the destination due to a wrong navigation from GSM driver after the qr code was scan we were chrged ₱200. Wow

Green SM has beautifully taken over the space vacated by Blu Smart, but should improve one or two aspects alone .
Firstly a Blu Smart ride/ driver NEVER EVER CANCELLED after accepting a ride .
Green SM drivers unfortunately do that.
The company should have a stringent policy penalising drivers who cancel, worse for those who cancel close to the departure time .
Blu Smart also used to send the cars 10-15 minutes before the scheduled departure . Green SM even estimates the time of the driver arrival incorrectly : Thus delaying the trip start!
Blu Smart drivers always drove very well and followed all traffic rules . I have had Green SM drivers who have driven very aggressively and risking.
All the rest is fine . Nice new clean cars and a very good ride quality .

Quá tệ cho lần trãi nghiệm đầu tiên. Đặt xe, xe nhận xong rồi huỷ (2 chuyến) trong khi có gọi điện xác nhận có tới đón ko vì phải ra nhà xe, 1 người ko bắt máy huỷ chuyến, 1 ngươi hứa hẹn trả khách xong tới ngay và sau đồ huynh chuyến. Thà ko nhận, nhận rồi huỷ làm trễ giờ xe người ta.

Pathetic service | Scheduled ride, zero reliability
Scheduled a cab well in advance to catch my train, and 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, I was told “no driver found.” What’s the point of a scheduling feature if you can’t guarantee driver allocation? Had to scramble and book on another platform at nearly double the price, all while stressed about missing my train. Extremely unreliable — do not depend on this for anything time-sensitive!!

I made the payment by credit card, so the amount was deducted before the ride was confirmed. I cancelled the ride, but the amount was not refunded. I tried booking again, and the same thing happened—the payment was deducted before the ride was confirmed, and I still haven’t received a refund.
If the payment is being charged upfront before the booking is confirmed, the amount should also be refunded promptly as soon as the trip is cancelled.

Booked my first ride to the office
Currently its Raining buckets in gurugram. And i had to reach to reach office from sector 22 to 48. I tried booking from uber and rapido but for past half an hour the riders are not accepting fares and they have shot the prices up by 300%. Booked my first ride with this app. And within minutes it accepted and at a decent price . Moved by the response . Ill book from this app from now onwards
