Tried to book an app ride the previous day. It only starts finding the driver at the last minute, and of course it could not find any. Complete waste of time.

Quán chưa mở cửa nhưng trên app vẫn nhận đơn. Mình thanh toán bằng Momo nên không cho ấn nút huỷ. Hết tài xế này đến tài xế khác chạy đến quán rồi gọi báo mình là quán đóng cửa. Cứ nhảy hết tài xế này đến tài xế khác. Không thấy một chỗ chăm sóc khách hàng để cho khách liên hệ xử lý tình huống như này trên app. Mong là học hỏi app Shopee để có chỗ chat liên hệ bộ phận cskh.

Contacted support 3 times, no reply
One day, I got logged out for some reason and was not able to log in again, so I made a new account. I tried to connect my card in order to pay, but it said it can't because it's connected to another account. So I contacted support. 3 times, no reply. I cant use the app until someone helps me restore it🤷🏼

My ride was marked as started even though I hadn’t gotten into the car, and I couldn’t reach the driver. This was very frustrating and needs to be improved.
Passengers should be able to cancel in this situation, or there should be a clear “Not on board yet” button that immediately alerts the driver (e.g., with a loud alert sound).

Càng update càng tệ. Tiền book thì trừ liền tìm k thấy tài xế huỷ chuyến thì giam tiền từ 7-30 ngày. Trừ thì nhanh lắm trả thì trì trệ.

Dù xung quanh hiện là có rất nhiều xe nhưng đặt mãi không có chuyến nào. Khi huỷ chuyến và cần hoàn tiền vì trước đó đã thanh toán qua shopeepay nhưng đã hơn một tuần rồi vẫn không thấy hoàn tiền. Gửi đơn hỗ trợ cũng không nhận được thông báo hay phản hồi gì. Nói chung là app quá tệ

Wary of Theft
The drivers will accept rides, mark them complete, then charge your credit card without ever picking you up. The application is a scam and does not provide customer service to resolve the issue.
