The driver accepted the route but never pick us up. We waited 25 minutes as expecting city traffic at noon. But he never shows up and does not want to cancel the drive

I can’t thank this platform enough for its excellent service to the commuters. So far, I don’t have a single negative feedback about GSM because all of my rides have been nothing short of TOPNOTCH and PLEASANT. All of the drivers are courteous and they exemplify good work ethic. The cars are super clean, smell good, and, because they’re EVs, the rides are super smooth. And, best of all, the price point is AFFORDABLE compared to Uber and Grab. Since I started using GSM, I hardly ever use Grab anymore. I look forward to never have to use Grab anymore. 🤗

Cannot cancel order
I placed a food order from FamilyMart and the store appeared to be closed but I cannot cancel the order. Several drivers had asked me to cancel the order but the button was grayed out/unavailable to press. This caused so much inconvenience for both ends

Buggy App & No way to reach CS
1. Booked a cab to airport and was worst experience. Driver navigated incorrectly causing delay of 1 hour. Greensm cabs specifically took longer and had to wait 30 mins at toll in Gurgaon
2. On ride completion driver asked me to pay the ride fare that was 572 and additional 360rs that was shown as topup on his app. He insisted that customer is supposed to pay it.
3. I tried reaching to CS by raising a support ticket but the app is buggy and gives an api error during submit.
This forced me to write a review as there is no other way to reach the CS.

Drivers accept booking but do not move
Cars are clean because it is a new service but not reliable at all. Drivers will accept bookings but will not show up at all, not move from their current location or cancel after making you wait for 30 minutes or more. This is despite pre paying for the ride. Management needs to work on this urgently

Please stop sharing my number with drivers. Not safe to share female passengers personal number with drivers in India. Please do what other ride sharing apps do to route the calls by masking numbers.

Book xe (bike premium gì đó) mà tài xế lái tệ xong tui đánh giá 3 sao thì tài xế gọi tui năn nỉ gọi lên tổng đài hoàn đánh giá vì tài xế bị gọi lên trụ sở và bị phạt 1tr. 3 sao chứ có phải 1 sao đâu mà phạt. Rồi chính sách bảo mật thông tin khách hàng đâu? Hết cước xe rồi mà tài xế vẫn có thể gọi cho khách sau 2-3 ngày à? Thấy bị quấy rối quyền riêng tư nha. Cuối cùng phải gọi lên tổng đài hoàn đánh giá cho tài xế do thấy cũng tội mà kiểu thấy mình bị thế ép. Xem lại chính sách dùm cái
