Absolutely worst app and customer service! Spent ₹3600 for two months (June & July 2026), and the app shows 0 matches. I even tried relaxing/editing my partner preferences as suggested, but still 0 results and 0 profile visits. Even worse, their customer care is completely dead—calls don't connect, and no one calls back. They took my money and blocked my reach. If this issue is not resolved or my money is not refunded immediately, I am officially filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) for fraud and deficiency of service. Total scam!

Weekly limit, monthly limit is very irritating
Shaadi dot com has only daily limit which is simple, send 200 invites daily.but JS has daily limit; then weekly limit, and monthly limit at which point you can only shortlist for 2 weeks and wait for reset of monthly limit. It’s a bad software design decision and very frustrating experience for user!!!!

Not Great
The app starts off well in first sign up until you realize after a while that it forces you to get paid plans to even look for matches. The ability to contact searches will be significantly restricted. Even basic features like security is promoted as paid feature. Unfortunately it won’t change. The UI is well made so good in that regards I guess.

After the approx one year use
The application is not unique,,just based on business model,,depends on ur recharge only after the two /three recharge it demands more to open excess to other normal features which you can get easily on other social media handle,, when firms are market based they never think about the people interest but their profit only, I feel cheated after recharge but don’t know how to complain about it,, I m surprisingly I recommend it to many people ,, government should stop such kind of online market based service providers if its not work as it said in their guidelines

Fake profiles and pictures 3rd class service
I purchased a paid plan on this matrimonial app to find a suitable match for my son, but the experience has been extremely disappointing.
A large number of profiles appear to be fake, with misleading photos and incorrect information. When I contacted customer support to report these concerns, I was shocked to hear that they do not verify the authenticity of profiles. This defeats the entire purpose of paying for a matrimonial service.
Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting genuine and verified profiles, but instead have to waste time dealing with fake accounts and inaccurate information. The service quality is very poor, and the lack of profile verification raises serious concerns about trust and safety.
I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a genuine matrimonial platform. A complete waste of money and time.

It’s a fraud app. Never use it
Their app does NOT work. You ask for A, it will give you B. In requesting refund, they DO NOT REFUND at all. Indians running this business CHEAT Indians only. BE AWARE!!!

Your app doesn’t provide services as they are offered on the App Store. For example, NRI matrimonial - there are no matches, Smart filtering is completely avoided making app to show results out of set filtering. It’s like your app is committing fraud and cheating with US based consumers.
It’s so disappointing that I can not wait until any few days to keep this app on my phone. Please issue me the full refund and close the account IMMEDIATELY.

Please report this to Apple as a scam. Do not pay for any premiere service. This is a scam. Most credit cart providers block transaction because they are flagged fraudulent. If you pay them. Is PayPal, the only way to get a refund is filing claim with PayPal.
The agent it assigned is incompetent. She would pick random profiles each week to send me and called it a day.

This app's team hires people to scam men into buying subscriptions and fakes their location. I've had multiple experiences with fake profiles, lies, and false information.
Example 1:
When a man receives an invitation from a beautiful woman who looks like an actress or a model, he may think, "This is my chance to get her number." He subscribes, reaches out, and then discovers the profile. It’s unfortunate.
Example 2:
When a man is located in the USA, money matters because USD is stronger than INR.
Men get fooled by fake profiles claiming to live in the USA and promising a video call over the weekend.
Unfortunately, the video call never happens, and instead, the man hears Indian traffic noise-horns, street vendors, and background chaos.
Please be careful with this application and its fake sales strategy.

Do avoid this app
This is a kind of marketing gimmick and with no interest in matchmaking. First they will keep buzzing you with marketing emails to upgrade. And most of the profiles available are just there for timepass, either they won’t reply or just accept and ghost you. Nowadays most important the algorithm will push your profile to the ones which are strictly not in your criteria. So far such a pathetic experience with the app. No matter how much they tell you about their success stories, it’s completely waste. If you’re a serious one and looking for serious profiles, please avoid this app.

Extremely slow , doesn’t even allow to view profile after few days of downloads. Just message keep popping upgrade to view ? Just to even check profile. Slacked and exceptionally slow. Neither there are genuine profiles. Utter waste of time to be here.

JS only does data collection no real profile and has ton of bug plus push towards paid service is constant
Useless App – Missing Basic Gotra Filter
There should be an option to hide profiles with the same gotra. It is a basic requirement, since matches within the same gotra are not considered. Right now, more than half the profiles shown have the same gotra as ours, which makes the app frustrating to use. Adding this filter would really improve the experience.
