This car wash in Glen Ellyn is one of the best I have ever gone to . It’s clean feel safe at night . Plenty of vacuums to use , and every single employee is outstanding . They say hello back to you when you say hi!!!

I’ve been trying to make changes to my email and cars and it’s extremely difficult. When I reach out to the help center, they never respond. Frustrating.

Poor app and bad UI
App is super buggy and faulty. They don’t always give you the rewards after you earn it. I spent the whole month trying to claim my birthday credits/points and they never worked. It kept saying “Your points are on the way” and they never delivered. Also the monthly membership rewards ended after my first renewal and then they never gave me more monthly rewards.

Good wash but the license plate reader can’t read certain plates and thus resulting in time wasting
Easy to use
I’m able to handle all my purchases with this app saving time when getting a wash. We have one membership for my wife and I purchase single wash and specials. Just pull up, scan, and you’re on your way. The daily spin is daily fun if I remember to.

I signed up at the location and have since tried to migrate my membership to the app. I keep being told that I have to wait until the trial membership price is over (which it has been for a while) and then the app says that it can’t find my membership. And the email containing the confirmation code never arrives

Terrible app
I’m not sure if there was an update but this app is so difficult use. Definitely NOT user friendly.
Apps rewards do not work
The app redeemed two washes at ounce and I lost rewards. Overall terrible app experienced design and lack of working functions.
