Don’t bother if you want to use cash
Booked a taxi via the app and opted to ‘pay in taxi’ for the same day. Was dubious as the booking reference didn’t come through. I called them an hour before to confirm… was told to pay beforehand otherwise they won’t be sending a taxi. I had cash to use, shouldn’t advertise to pay the driver! Useless and unreliable

Not happy at all, my cab was dispatched after 45mins. They could have at least told me that they cant take my booking then i book elsewere.

I had a very vey TERRIBLE EXPIRENCE with the driver,!! And company it was not stated at first that i needed to pay extra fee as it was not on the app while booking!! Then He came very late, he was not friendly he didnt even say hello and he was very rude, on getting to my destination then he said there was a message on how to pay which i didn't know it was sent , so i clicked and was about paying when i saw it was different amout to what i booked for, when i tried explaining to him about the extra fee he didnt seems to CARE! so i managed to get cash to pay him he then collected the money and Smashed it, he was being very Rude and Disrespectful to me and that was so traumatising and made me so

Used the app, price was quoted as £8 but get to destination and get charged £12, the same happened on the return. No traffic so no delays, so no excuses. No refund just a voucher to use next time.

Easy to use needs a few tweaks but only released recently spoke to a lovely operator at jet taxis and they are undergoing maintenance on the app so it should be perfect in a couple of weeks

App is great needs to tweak a few things, spoke to a lovely gentleman from Jet taxis who assured me that they are still working on the app as it’s recently been released and will take a couple more weeks till it’s perfect.
