Getting worse and worse - we do NOT recommend Falcon. I booked a return trip to the airport specifically requesting an estate car to accommodate our suitcases. I checked the day before we were due to leave and they didn’t have our booking on record (made through the app) which resulted in a last minute scramble. On the return journey, they’ve sent a small car and my husband has sat with his suitcase on his lap. When paying to exit the airport, the driver’s card wouldn’t work so we had to pay. I also provided flight details and we were delayed significantly- but the driver arrived at the original time. The driver claimed to be doing 3 to 4 airport trips a day but needed sat nav to get from Heathrow to Aylesbury???? This will be my last time booking them.

Great service
Used the app for the first time and was great. Showed me the purposed route, live tracking of driver as he arrived and a text with the drivers phone number and car details. On time too!

Used Falcon for several local journeys, Wendover and Aylesbury - all good.
