Awful App - No point prebooking

Used the app to both prebook to and from airport a few days in advance. For a 4am pick-up nobody had even accepted the order at 405 (despite it being “confirmed”) and I had to call then wait for another 15mins for the car to arrive. Same issue on the way back… hanging around at the airport for 25mins post getting sll the way through passport control. Waste of time.
