Compré unos tiquetes a través de JetCost y realicé el pago con mi tarjeta de crédito. Después de la compra me informaron que los vuelos que había seleccionado ya no estaban disponibles y que, para poder viajar, debía escoger otros vuelos y pagar una cantidad adicional.
Solicité una solución o la devolución de mi dinero, pero me indicaron que no me reembolsarían el pago y me remitieron a sus términos y condiciones.
Mi experiencia ha sido muy negativa. Considero que si el vuelo y el precio que aparecen al momento de realizar la compra no están realmente disponibles, el cliente debería ser informado antes de efectuar el pago, no después.
No recomiendo comprar a través de JetCost. Antes de pagar, aconsejo verificar directamente con la aerolínea que la reserva y el precio estén realmente disponibles.

Six Years of Trust
I’ve been using JetCost for nearly six years now, and honestly, I swear by it. I don’t think I’d ever use another flight comparison app. Whenever I’m looking for flights, JetCost is always my first choice because, more often than not, I’ve found some of the best prices through them.
There are a couple of things I think could be better. I do wish baggage was included in the prices shown, because with most of the flights I book, I end up having to go directly to the airline afterwards to add my baggage. I’ve also had a few experiences with some of the booking sites linked through JetCost where I’ve paid for a flight, only to be contacted afterwards and told that the fare was no longer available, and then offered a different flight at a higher price. I really don’t like those particular sites and tend to avoid them now.
But to be fair, I’ve also found plenty of reliable booking sites through JetCost, and the app itself has consistently helped me find great deals. After using it for this long, I know which links I trust, and I’ve had far more good experiences than bad ones.
Overall, I’ve genuinely enjoyed using JetCost over the years, and it’s still the first place I go when I’m looking for flights. Despite the few things I think could be improved, I’ve found it incredibly useful and would absolutely recommend it.
