It’s Good…But Still Has Issues
Overall, I tend to go for the app rather than the website. For the most basic of things, the app is great. However, it is absolutely terrible if you want to change your itinerary. I’ve tried multiple times on different trips and I end up having to call Copa to get everything fixed. The last time I tried to change an itinerary (return flight one day earlier than what I booked), the app messed up my itinerary so bad that my flight wasn’t even showing up anymore (which lead to a 45 minute call with Copa). And in this day and age it should be easy for them to make an iPad app. Overall I like Copa Airlines and I like their app for the most basic of things, but some things could definitely be improved.

Pessima
Pessima experiencia, avisaram que precisava imprimir cartão de vacina de febre amarela na hora de despachar a bagagem. Não havia aviso no site e né em lugar nenhum, eram 11 horas da noite e na havia nada aberto para imprimir e estes inúteis nem se prestarem a emprestar uma impressora para tal.
Nunca vi pior
Achei que era impossível inventar um app pior que o da caixa econômica, e esse daqui prova exatamente o contrário

Horrible-unable to select seats, not worth even dealing with this airline-terrible customer service as well.
