Buggy app
You have to constantly synch it to save anything. Then the synch doesnt complete or it completes and shows no flights. You then have to synch again. This is very frustrating and wastes lots of time.

Trying to work with this app is tiring. Constant syncing is a nightmare. If you don’t sync a page after adding to it, the company doesn’t see it. Good luck if you don’t have internet somewhere. Open logs close logs, pre flight sign offs. You almost need a computer app design cert to operate it. It’s 2025 guys, make it modern and fix it. Terrible app. Much better out there

Useless app, glitches often , zero customer service - not recommended.
Busy Work
This app is 90% busy work, 10% functional. Keeping track of times, fuel, expenses, and weight and balance is fine, but it throws on so much page-swapping, manual syncing, and redundant tasks that it’s an exercise in infuriation. The schedule must be manually synced and is on a separate page from the duty page. Expenses must be marked closed at the end of a trip and are unalterable after, so don’t oopsie that button. Flights must be grouped and closed for each individual leg, so you’re grouping all legs with the same trip number to close them. Let that sink in. Each leg is grouped into a trip by an individual trip number, but those legs with the same trip number must also be individually grouped by the crew to close them. Aircraft discrepancies are MELs and service issues are non-maintenance… or is that backwards? CRM in aviation is Crew Resource Management, not Customer Resource Management, JetInsight.
This app is great for 2005. Too bad that was 20 years ago. This app needs to be completely overhauled and streamlined to reduce the mindless workload foisted upon its users.
