Terrible app
Trying to review my order they make you go into placing another order. I placed the order for a specialty pizza. I took bacon off the pizza. I can’t see the order that I placed. I get the pizza and his bacon on it.
Wilted old lettuce
I ordered a pizza and a large salad. When I opened the salad I couldn’t believe that anyone would let that salad go out. The lettuce was wilted and old! Very disappointed
Gluten free deep dish
I tried the cheese gluten free deep dish and it was the best I ever had love it we will always order our pizza from jet’s
Rewards
I tried to order online and get my free 4 corner and it wouldn’t show. The person I talked to on phone didn’t know what to do and took my order and charged me for the 4 corner and I asked will it go back on my acct and of course she didn’t know since I didn’t order online! Way to go on training with your system!! Very disappointed since I order frequently and tried to use a reward and couldn’t! Do better!!

Love my weekly Pizza at Jets
Jets reads and fills my on line order to the word. The pizza is always top notch. The employees are always busy but they take personal interest in making my pizza the best it can be! Over the last 6 months I have lost 50 pounds but I haven’t missed my weekly pizza. Thank Zyou Zjets

The App is just clumsy at ordering a pizza. It is far behind the competition in terms of updating and progress. Little Caesar’s, dominos and Pizza Hut.
Pizza is awesome; app sucks.
The pizza is absolutely fabulous. The app however, needs work. Spend more time on development, or get yourself a new vendor. Just remember – you are the one that asked for my opinion.
Rewards
I’m just trying to use my Rewards and it will not go through online. I called to use it that way. No one knew how to help. They just said there is a glitch in the system right now and there is nothing they can do. So no one could help and they just said sorry for the system not working right now.

Terrible app that opens into the browser. You put where you want to order from in the app and then it changes when it forces you to open the browser. Why have an app?
