This app is terrible. Sends you in circles telling you to log in to use coupons when you are already logged in.

Just kind of Unusable
Very clearly a web app masking as a mobile app. UX is not intuitive and it seems like it takes me multiple tries and so much frustration to place an order. I tried to use loyalty points and it basically crashed the web and “mobile” app.
Worst app and website
The pizza is hands down the best but the app and the website are horrible.
Worst service ever
I tried to order online and system wasn’t working. Frozen! So I did text to order and it would not let me checkout. Once again, frozen. So I called and got a Bot that didn’t get my order right after 2 attempts so I asked for a real human person. She didn’t get it right at first either but eventually did. She refused to give me the 15% off as offered by the Bot and for text to order. I shouldn’t be penalized because your processes don’t work! ANY OF THEM! You just lost a sale and any future orders from me. Terrible customer service and very poor technology used.

Trying to place order; keeps giving network error. Then will not allow me to apply code because it thinks I already used it…which I did but was not able to submit order. What a joke.

The app is difficult to use. I cannot place an order without logging in, because I’m trying to get the 50% off. It said it sent me a code. It did not. I’ve tried my junk mail pile too. It’s aggravating.

Jet’s Pizza on Milwaukee Avenue in Glenview is absolutely amazing! 🍕 The pizza is always hot, cheesy, and so delicious that it’s impossible to stop at just one slice. The staff at the 9711 Milwaukee location are the real MVPs, always friendly, welcoming, and they make every visit a great experience. Fast service, big smiles, and incredible pizza… what more could you ask for? This place deserves way more than five stars! We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Issues always!
This is the third time I’m ordering a pizza today! Used Apple Pay and order didn’t go through! Used saved cc, and it indicates it’s denied! Threes the charm?

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT THEY DELIVER FROM GROVE CITY TO MY HOUSE BROAD/GALLOWAY THANK UUU usually their food is amazing but last few times it's hit or miss from too dry burnt tooo bad etc but usually it's amazing delicious
