I have made a serious complaint with g5 games, backed with screenshot evidence that they cheated me out of a major reward that takes months to obtain, and they are ignoring my complaints. Actually, let me rephrase that: any and all live humans have ignored me. I have an email response that was generated by AI. And this is not the first occurrence. Jewels of Egypt.

Since the latest update the game level is extremely difficult without gems and tools. The tools are very expensive and although you are given more gems you need 80 gems instead of 5 to continue to complete a level. It’s become a frustrating game to play unlike Jewels of Rome.

New Egypt

Smaller size of the gifts after completing a level in the main event.
Please ask the developer to make them a bit bigger. I really enjoy the game, but having to constantly search for them because they have gotten smaller takes up to much time, especially when you are trying to use as much of the free time as possible to play.

Hate the persistent persuasion of the in app purchases

The game is great and all, but I absolutely HATE, HATE it when the game is trying so desperately hard to make me buy in app purchases! It’s absolutely aggravating! I DON’T WANT TO BUY ANY IN APP PURCHASES WHEN I HAVE JUST BEGUN PLAYING THE GAME FOR THE FIRST TIME!

Please do me a favor and tone down the pushing of the in app purchases advertising A LOT lower because I am not going to spend money on something that’s just going to last 10-11 days!
