A breath of fresh air

It so nice to have a place where you can meet people in REAL life on a weekly basis and it not cost an arm and a leg. I haven’t met my person just yet but doesn’t mean it won’t happen soon!

Great idea, jury’s still out

I’ve been to 3 events, and all of them have been VERY uneven - tonight was 20 men and 4 women. This could be a great app/company if they would make sure the ratios are closer or at least manage expectations so that people don’t pay for an event that is nothing even remotely what is marketed.

Scam

They cancel the event after you paid and they force you to get another event and they don’t refund the MONEY. If the event has been canceled why is still available for purchase?

MET MY HUSBAND

So it’s been three years since me and my husband have been married and we met in this app. Now idk what it’s turned into but I hope it’s helping people like it helped me. Thank you jigsaw !

Terrible

Just terrible

Horrible customer service

Signed up for paid yearly subscription yesterday.
I had a no show prior to signing up.
Tried to sign up for a new event today, and the app is telling me I can’t because my account is locked up for no-show.
What is the point of paying for a yearly subscription if I can’t sign up for events?
Contacted customer service. Been 48 hours and still no response.
I want to cancel the service and request a refund please.

Horrible customer service, cash grab, look elsewhere

I booked an event and then decided to become a member within 48 hours. I had to cancel my ticket but since I had booked it before becoming a member they couldn’t refund my ticket. Seems like a pretty horrible way to treat new members. I would look elsewhere.

Terrible

Terrible App. Horrible Events. After buying waste of money tickets, they deceive and force you to download this junk app. There should be policy violation.

Great App! Fun Jigsaw Events! Super helpful team!

I attended a Jigsaw event in Seattle. It was a well organized event and I played table tennis at the event and made new friends there and met new people there. Great hosts at the event and very helpful team at Jigsaw! Highly recommend the Jigsaw events for a fun experience to meet new people!

Great events real people.

The event was well run and easy to connect with people. I appreciated how natural the conversations felt—nothing forced, just real interaction. Jigsaw created a space where you could show up as yourself and actually engage.

Jigsaw allows convicted felons fresh out of prison to harass women at events & r*pe them

Despite being told numerous times and given proof of the convicted felon that killed somebody harassing women, lying about his age, using aliases, jigsaw ignores every single complaint. Influencers and venue managers begged jigsaw to listen to the women and no one ever replies from jigsaw. Other companies ban him and have security at events to criminally trespass him. Jigsaw needs to act and check their email. We are posting this everywhere to protect women, he has followed and r*ped women after jigsaw events.

Customer Service Unresponsive

I have been trying to create an account for a while and I keep getting Failed to sign-in messages. Also the ticket code isn’t working either. I’ve tried to use Messenger to communicate with someone, and nothing yet. I paid for an event and not I’m skeptical this is legit. Be wary of this company and app. I love the speed dating concept, but lack of IT assistance and communication is the worst part of this concept.

Uncomfortable experience

So bad

Never Again

First time doing this, a friend signed me up. Turns out you have to download this dating app (and fill out all the stupid dating app questions) even though it’s pitched as in person experience. To match you have to scan each other’s QR codes and trivia questions are on the app. Advertised as gender balance. Like all the other reviews, that’s mostly a joke. We had 13 women to 4 men, one of the guys was well above the age range and shouldn’t have been allowed to participate, so it was really 3 men. If you were one of the final tables in the rotation, you were expected to sit and twiddle your thumbs while you waited for a guy to get to you (20+ mins). 4 out of 13 women (including my friend and I) walked out during the explanation part when we realized this was mostly a female only thing. Should’ve been cancelled and refunded.

Bait and Switch

You pay for a speed dating event, cool. Afterwards, you try to talk to people you liked, but you have to subscribe to talk to them. I’d like to talk again with people I met, but I don’t want to reward a shady business with it money.

Event

The event can be little more organized and there is need to involve people in activities and need to be more engaging. Ratio of men and women are not equal enough

No facilitation

I went to a Jigsaw Pickleball event in Boston last weekend. There were almost 30 people there but only 2 courts. I played 2 ten minute games in 2 hours. The post advertised a bingo icebreaker but that didn’t happen. There was no host or facilitator making sure people switched out on the courts to give others a chance to play. There was a good man/woman ratio but due to lack of facilitation there were several games where it was all men playing vs men, not coed at all. I was definitely disappointed that there was no leadership or hosting of the event, it was awkward and a free for all.

There was a host there but all she did was check people in and then maybe 3/4 of the way thru came around and asked “is there an organized way you guys are switching to play on the court, or is it a free for all?” When we said it was a free for all she just said “ok” and walked back to the check in station.

No time for events, support is slow to respond

Can’t find the time for events. Support is slow, over two days and no response on getting me event time! Otherwise okay, but can’t get to event without times known.

Not just pickleball

Was upset finding out this is a dating app. Once you purchase an event ticket you have to get the app and register to have access to your ticket. I’m not here to date I just wanna play pickleball. And all tickets are non refundable so now I registered for this app — very very sad (at least there’s an option, you can hide your profile from people I think?)
