Missing Critical Feature: VIN History is Essential
Can we please get a dedicated VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) field for car listings?Almost every major automotive platform includes this feature. Jiji should too. As buyers, we need to be able to check a vehicle's history, accidents, and ownership records before spending time and money contacting sellers.Adding verification fields like VINs would dramatically reduce scams, build trust, and make the car shopping experience much safer for everyone on the platform. Please consider adding this in the next update!

Jiji is only interested in making money from those who depend on the platform to sell their products.
You pay for monthly package and without their pro sales extra subscription, your ads will remain unrecommended and you won’t make any sales.
Workers at Jiji will only be calling you every now and then to buy higher packages, subscribe to new package and a whole lot of these nuances.
Because of the monopoly Jiji enjoys, they take advantage of users and charge too much for the monthly packages. It’s bad because they don’t care whether or not you are making sales, the adverts don’t get circulated for you to get buyers even clicking on them.
The app isn’t a bad, it’s great but services must be improved upon. Too many scammers too. Jiji must fix this problem

Kasoa is NOT in Accra
This app is fantastic but please “Kasoa” town is in the Central Region of Ghana and NOT in Greater Accra Region. This causes a lot confusion when you filter by Greater Accra Region and you start seeing things advertised in Central Region of Ghana. Please address this issue in the next update. I love your platform! I trust you guys. Five stars for you!

I suddenly received messages from the Jiji app claiming that my account was “duplicated” and linked to an email address I don’t even own or recognize.
The message said I had to buy a Premium account or make a payment so that the “duplicate account” could be deleted and my data secured.
This feels completely fraudulent and unprofessional. I never provided that email address, and there’s no reason anyone should have to pay to fix an internal account issue.
I strongly warn other users not to share any personal information or send money if they receive similar messages.
Jiji should investigate this issue immediately and improve its security and verification system.

My jiji was accidentally deleted and I have restored it again but I can’t use my email to reopen it again. Please try and do something about it for me.
Account challenges
I’ve an account on your platform which I’m trying to access but I don’t remember my password. I tried to reset my password and I was asked to put my phone number or email to receive SMS code or a link to get my password reset. I put the phone number and no code came. I replaced the number with my email and no link was sent. I tried registering a new account and it was rejected because my phone number is registered with another company which you’re not given me the opportunity to access.

This is the most fraudulent e-commerce platform ever in my view. How can you be take my money for promoting my business. You decline my advertising and steal my money used for the promotion…no where to trace it after payment.

To many duplicate post on the app
Too many duplicate posts with different accounts and prices, making the app unattractive to such for goods, especially cars and houses. Some dont have what they post there, jiji just interested on having post, not verifying for authenticity of the account and products
