Never ending problems since paying for a subscription
Always issues with logging in.
Was working fine for months, but now, out of nowhere - on the login screen I have an error saying that Jimdo is not compatible with my browser????
Messaged support, but will likely have to wait a week before they respond.

Can’t get to my website
I’m having problems getting to my website cause it’s kept saying check my Internet connection and I have Wi-Fi and everything else and it still keeps saying that

Hi Christopher, that "check your internet connection" message when your Wi-Fi is working fine is really frustrating — that's not the experience you should be having.
