Brainless design - bugs

When the boomer generation are gone, so will Atlassian 🙏

Excellent products.

Jira cloud is an excellent example of how web and device based products should be like. Jira, in my opinion, out performs all others in its class.

Terrible experience

Unable to switch sites. No matter what I do it remembers the wrong site. I chose the wrong one because there was no description (very bad UX design), just a random suffix. Then I cannot switch out of the bad account. No matter what I try, it takes me right back. Log out, delete cookies for Safari, delete/reinstall app. This is the worst app experience I can remember.

Enhancement request

App works fine but I have a minor complaint about the UI. On iPad, ticket cards are too easily dismissed by the slightest gesture. When I open a ticket as a popover, then try to scroll, the card is dismissed if my scroll gesture goes slightly off axis. It is very frustrating.

Great on desktop and on the go

I really love that I can quickly get a view of my projects even on the go. Functionality is very similar to the full desktop version.

Last update - worse ever

In the last update I can’t copy links. I can’t see settings because I don’t have enable notifications. I can’t see latest tickets created.

Can’t read text

Our company uses Jira for ticketing system. We are unable to read text from users in dark mode on iOS.

It’s okay, I guess.

I mean, it could be worse.

Full of bugs, doesn’t work

Received multiple invites to join a space, yet every time I try to join, it says I don’t have access to the space. Customer support is also an AI agent and won’t put me through to an account specialist.

Let us run the iPad app on Mac!

After the really amazing native Mac app was killed I keep hoping they enable the iPad app to run on Mac.

More and more frustrating

This app is just getting worse and worse, much like JIRA. Can’t use timeline in the mobile app. We’re in 2026 and with advent of AI coding, really? Even if we could, the opinionated layouts and lack of “just being able to simplify a view” is turning this app into the MySpace of project management. I just literally spent 4 hours trying to create a simple roadmap view that actually showed a roadmap on the majority of the screen… Sounds simple? Not with JIRA. Every view I went into, there was at least one “you can’t do this without this feature enabled roadblock”. What if I want to have names instead of issue IDs as the hyperlinks and only show that? Nope, no can do in this version (or probably any). The fact that this has a rating of 4.6 is review gaslighting.

Not friendly interface

Not friendly interface

Mobile app is good

It notifies all relevant activities on tasks im associated withwith.

Using Jira in app

Experience of Jira in app for enterprise is quite challenging we need to login multiple times

No Flexibility

Chose a site during first download and now it won’t let me change sites even though I know I have access to others. Tried redownloading app, clearing data, and different devices nothing worked and documentation about the app is horrible on their site

Internal forms don’t work

I can never fill out an internal form on the app. I always have to use the web version and when I begin filling out the form in Safari, the webpage always crashes.

Anjali Deshmukh

It took too long for you to understand that Jira user can’t use “@“ to loop in someone in conversation, while replying to someone’s message. But now the feature is added and is very useful. Still, runtime spellcheck feature seems missing. Please add it and just underline the misspelled word but do not autocorrect it; just suggest the correct word/spelling.
Thanks

Bugs everywhere

Move an item in the same column to order by priority? Reverts back. This thing is so buggy it's unusable

Broken half the times
