Almost universally despised
The reason this app is practically universally despised in the community is how cumbersome it is. Scrolling through over 1000 competitors 10 at a time is a non-starter. Kudos for trying to bring functionality but sorry no advantage points awarded for such a feeble effort. Penalty instead for unreasonable delay in making this app work well lol. Back to the mats!

Fix bugs
I don’t know who manages this app but it’s in desperate need of upgrades, you can’t update profile changes, I tried o line site and it can find the fighter states “this fighter doesn’t exist” I can’t change privacy settings or the size of my child’s rash guard size, they keep giving him the size from 3 yrs ago. The brackets link doesn’t work it just closes the app… I can’t change privacy keep going but it just needs major updates

App is trash!
I downloaded this app to use the chat feature since it no longer shows up on the website. The chat feature does not work in this app. As soon as I select start new conversation, it’s frozen and I can’t type in the chat. I received links to fix my son’s bracket and never got the chance to because the links didn’t work, they no longer use email and the chat in this app doesn’t work. Absolute TRASH

Very poor ux
UI load time is horrendous. Dropdown data doesn't populate so no filter selections can be made. The JJWL is a dead fish on the mat. If you want help I have over a decade of experience writing FE BE and mobile. Good luck.

I wish I could rate this lower, every time you click an event and scroll through the competitors section it glitches your back up a bit. Not to mention the entire app is extremely glitchy when you try to do ANYTHING, when you try to edit your profile it shows that you’re not logged in and an error. Please fix this terrible app

Full of broken featured
I like the idea of a JJ tournament having its own standalone app. For the most part it works ok, very badly but ok.
Search filters need improvement, app crashes randomly, loads very slow, video replays of matches don’t load properly, and over all it is just very lackluster.
I like that there is a nice structure already built but please have the developers fix all the problems with the apps.

All perfect but 1 issue
At my first fight they gave me a picture of me but it wasn’t taken very good and I couldn’t change it, I tried 4-6 times over and over but didn’t work it just left it the same. And they also don’t let me to change my username

Won’t let me log into my existing account that I used to sign up for two tournaments already 🤦🏽♂️
Still bugs
I can’t believe this organization, known for being great at organizing events, hasn’t spent time fixing this app. The concept is fantastic, but it just doesn’t work! Constant crashes, lagging, and unresponsive features make it nearly impossible to use. I expected so much more, especially considering their event management skills. Hopefully, they prioritize fixing these issues soon because the potential is there, but the execution is severely lacking.

Worst app in the App Store
Basically this app does not work. Every time you try to do any functions it just says error when you try to add a photo it just thinks and thinks and thinks and thinks. Thankfully, it’s free but even being free it’s not worth the money
New update is trash
The app was on a decline for the last half of 2023, when they released an update I thought that may be why they didn’t fix any of the bugs, because they were developing a new app. I was wrong. All that changed was the look. All of the old bugs still exists but now even more bugs are present. The app is useless in its current state. If the bugs aren’t fixed soon I will be deleting the app.

The only thing this app is good for is registering for tournaments. It used to be great but doesn’t seem like their tech team isn’t doing the job

The app looks nice but I’ve experienced problems that make it unusable. It will crash when opening to a new page, and when trying to sign up for a tournament I hit a dead end. When I try to enter information such as weight category, an empty menu appears with nothing to select.
Frustrated and Disappointed
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this app has been so consistently disappointing that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. The core idea of the app is promising, but its execution leaves a lot to be desired. The app is plagued with technical issues and bugs.

Garbage
This app is trash. I’m not sure who’s profile picture it gave my account but it’s not me and it’s the same one as on the website. When I tried to change it, the app crashed. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app so many times but it’s basically useless. I haven’t been able to search divisions in months because the options don’t work. Anything I’d want to use the app for doesn’t work so I end up having to use the website anyway. The website isn’t much better when it comes to functionality
