I love their product however I have to pay extra or charge or risk not being protected if their is an issue with my order? That’s not free shipping. I’m sure their shipping comes with some level of insurance with the carrier they use. This will impact my purchase decision going forward. #dissapointing

My last order
I noticed after I paid that I was charged for an additional set. I sent an email before the items shipped. Customer service reached right out to me. They said they would take care of it. They did not!! They still sent it and charged me and it was final sale! I have always loved shopping here but my last shopping experience might be my last shopping experience!!

Pay Over Time
The dresses are stunning, I have no issues with that. The problem is, you have the option to pay over time but whenever you choose that option, it never works. I’ve never had that issue with Afterpay, Klarna or Shop. Only with this site/app.
Love it
The brand, the style, and the app are the best. Just one piece of advice … in the product description section of each item, it would be great if the app could take us to the suggested item that is hyperlinked in the description box. It doesn’t jump to the item in the iPhone app. Otherwise, I love it all!!

Awful customer service
Just like their clothing, appearance is great, but up close the execution is awful. I’ve read so many reviews on better business bureau saying customers didn’t receive help or didn’t receive their product, which is exactly what happened to me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of action to help myself as a customer obtain a product that I paid for and ordered from them. It is a risk buying from them that you will receive customer care, accurate shipping timeline information, or your product. A risk I’m no longer willing to take. Will not be a return customer to Jlux label.
