To write a review for this company, which they make it for the last few months so hard for me contacted by email text message phone calls. Nobody’s getting back to me leave a message voice message I called more than 100 times the number they have a listed. leave a message. Nobody get back to me, but they keep charging money from my bank account without fixing their problem. Customer service I called the number they listed they say it’s the wrong number. I find one number which I keep calling. It’s keep going to voicemail, which is the normal time office it’s open. This company doesn’t deserve any stars so I just want to let everybody know if they deal with this problem. It’s not only me I like to get the money back in my account. I’ve been charged for all this months and years.

However, after carefully reviewing your comments and your email, it appears there may be a misunderstanding. The issues you're describing — difficulty reaching customer service, being charged for months or years without resolution, and being told a phone number is wrong — do not match our records or our company's practices. You also referred to us as Invoice2go in your email. This leads us to believe you may have confused our app with another company's app. To be clear: We are Snappii.

Not What I Expected
Bad all the way around! Have had nothing but problems with this app. Will not run properly. Keeps shutting down on its own every time i try to enter any kind of information. I do not recommend it! The developer will personalize it to fit your needs for an extra $200 they failed to mention this is a basic version of the app. Rip off, just don't bother.

Too many ads, you got to pay to remove. Plus month fees. Save your money. No stars

The App offers a number of forms we use on a daily basis. Also, the option of emailing PDF exports saved. Us quite a bit of time and paper.
