Very easy to navigate and improved my understanding of AI

I really like this app. I am trying to improve myself and have found this a great way to learn about CLAUDE. I believe it will help you as well. The quizzes help me to try out what I have learned

Refund

Charged me after I had already cancelled my subscription. When I contacted support to get a refund, their chatbot (‘Neo’) refused to process it instead it told me I first had to complete an entire course/plan to 100% and submit screenshots as ‘proof’ before they’d even ‘review eligibility’ for a refund. I asked to speak to a live agent, it said it was connecting me to one, and then just looped back to a bot response. No human ever responded. Avoid if you cancel, they may still charge you, and getting your money back is deliberately made difficult. I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank instead

Best lesson that I have ever taken concerning AI generated videos. I learned a lot, including the terminology and names of different operations that will be useful in the future.
This reminds me of engineering school. I have a degree in electrical engineering and applied it to medical technology and equipment design.
