i love the new approach some companies are taking by utilizing Jobma. i have no negative critique. makes interview process simple and less abrasive . like many others i sometimes get nervous during an interview and this app provides more of a cushion to make mistakes and redo things if needed

Knowing that you can re-do your answers up to three times when you mess up is very comforting you are still nervous because it is an interview.

Absolutely love this app! I am use to in person interviews where my palms are sweating and my stomach is on knots but this was so easy. I was able to be relaxed enough to simply answer the questions honestly and eloquently. I was able to think about my responses without the pressure of 2 to 4 eyes staring at me.
