Roofing Contractor
I’ve been a roofing contractor for eight years. I’ve tried multiple CRM systems. JobNimbus seems to be the most serious about listening to their customers and has a team that can actually implement the small adjustments and major changes necessary for the needs of a growing roofing company…
It’s not perfect but like I said, I’ve tried about six different CRM‘s and this is the most complete product I have found.
I have given my feedback on multiple areas of the platform specifically how it works on mobile iPhone they have implemented those changes making my life much easier.
I’m hopeful that they maintain this type of customer interaction. Myself and all of our project managers are rarely in the office. We are primarily interested in a CRM that works with mobile iPhones as the primary tool for inputting information, sending information and documenting information as it relates to us as roofing contractors.
The only reason I ever use a desktop computer is because currently the JobNimbus app does not allow me to do it from my mobile device. I am constantly giving JobNimbus my feedback to help improve the mobile app so that my Business can eventually run 100% off of a mobile phone.

Why would you design something to work differently in three different formats?
PC , Tablet, & Phone versions of your software work differently making the possess to use your software a nightmare.
The concept of updates this past year has been a huge joke in our office.
Zero automation for fallow up is a huge disappointment.
Over all, this app has added to more stress to my job than prospecting.
The nickname I have given your software is Jarvis Noruleus.
I use that name to describe to the team that the JN software is acting up again in group chats.

Not a big fan
It’s overpriced and not the greatest for contractors who aren’t trying to confuse their customers. I will update estimates and send them to my customers and they wont update so I’m just sending them the same exact estimate and the estimate are a little hard to read because if you don’t have you lines spaced out enough the number all looked the same

This platform has had so many changes daily and weekly that it has been an interruption not a benefit that has cost our company thousands of dollars in payroll hours paid to our staff dealing with these constant technically issues.
User friendliness
If you are a Microsoft brained person and used to things breaking or getting slow this is for you. If you are an apple brained person go to Acculynx.

Does not sink everything with the web version. I have lost information on the app. Sometimes i can not see my estimates in here or the customer profile does not exists on the app

Requires credit pull to accept payments with cards. Can’t cancel subscription without talking to someone first.
New Problem Everyday
Always has issues. Files don’t upload and many more it’s a new problem everyday
Intuitive & Helpful
We really like Job Nimbus for everything it does for us. Entering the clients and photos is easy and it also helps organize documents. There are some things that would be great if it would do, but they are often working on updating things. It’s like having an assistant in my pocket!
Was great now a waste of time
This was a great app to use and it let working with other programs seamlessly until they absorbed sumoqoute and now the whole app and program suck. I use an iPad Pro and the app constantly crashes or has error messages when trying to send or make proposals. So I have to use the website and then it still has issues. If you like to waste your time on error messages and remake estimates use this app
