Your app doesn’t allow me to log in, I go to log in logs me out.
Go to apply for a job, won’t let me log in..
When it logs me in, gives me about 10 seconds in the app then logs me out.

What is the point of this app

What is the point of having two of the same apps?.. Job site and Total jobs are both identical that both do a terrible job of locating jobs. The refine section is extremely limited you can’t narrow the search down to fit the criteria the user wants, it still shows you jobs you haven’t even searched for so in all honesty it’s a load of cr@p. I will never use either app to look for jobs because they don’t do what you want unlike the other job apps that are far better than these.

A message to the creators of this app - Don’t waste your time because this app is a load of Cr@p and you will never compete with Indeed because it is way ahead of you when it comes down to searching for jobs and actually finding jobs that we want to see.

Lacking

Put my location in expecting localised results and it returns results that are over 2 hours away by public transport. No way to filter for nearest opportunities which I would’ve thought was a minimum for job hunting apps.

An easy and user friendly way to apply to any jobs. Love the notifications that keep you in the loop for future opportunities. Probably needing to add more assessments to improve the engagement and the candidates ranking. Not sure if we can receive any feedback on any applications from potential employer. A good start on your journey to find a potential opportunity

Not good

Type in Customer Service advisor and I get Telecom Engineer, paid surveys which in my experience are rubbish. How Telecom Engineer can be Customer Service is beyond me. Also I tried Administration and I get a job for Registered Nurse?
These are all problems that have already been reported, obviously not sorted out or you cheated and only done it for those areas that have already reported it.
I am now deleting the APP and I will never ever use it or recommend this APP

Useless filters and search

Salary filtering just plain doesn’t work. You specify a minimum and still get a bunch of low paid jobs because they’ve specified the salary is “competitive”. Searching for “IT” jobs gives you anything with the word IT or even ‘it’.

Jobsite App has been sabotaged - difficult & no value add.

I don’t know this app was changed, while I do understand the merger btw Jobsite Uk & TotalJobs, it is now too difficult to make simple search especially at a country / national.

So, at this point I can only say thank you for services, but for I’m totally going to abound the app and jump ship.

Messed up app

Need to change the application page as it keeps asking me to fill I my salary, job title, my education.

Also the feedback links requires me to use default iPhone email app which I do not use. This needs to be change to just an email address which can be copied.

Poor filters

I don’t see why they have a search field. For example; I searched under “fitness” and then also “personal training” and I get mixed results, some fitness and PT jobs at first but then steel engineers jobs, booking coordinators jobs, accounts assistant etc. Why?!!! Very frustrating and misleading, none of the keywords I had used were even in any of those jobs. To be fair, a few job apps are similar and it’s not just this one but there are also a few that only give you what you have searched for!

Location is pointless

I kept setting my search to within 5/10 miles from my postcode and I would get given jobs that was well over 80 miles away and never any local to me. Don’t see the point in having the option of distance if it doesn’t give you anything local.

Poor search criteria matching

Creates too many matches to irrelevant jobs to the point where I spend more time trawling through none relevant jobs to relevant ones. Matches are against words in the add and not against titles so all manor of irrelevant jobs get returned.

Day rates seem to be completely ignored too :(

Key filter functionality missing while setting alerts

Good app but some of the Key filter functionality missing while setting alerts like salary range. That would have been really useful

Thanks for leaving a review. You can select a minimum salary when creating a job search and a job alert, this can be done in the Filters section. The app is constantly evolving and our developers are always happy to receive feedback so I will pass this onto them for their information and future development. Thanks :)

Useless

App seems to totally discount your location when searching for vacancies; I live on the south coast in Sussex yet regularly get results from Lancashire and Yorkshire! Gave up in the end.

Filters poor

Why when you apply a filter of less than 3 miles do you get results in their hundreds over 30? Because the adverts specify areas to reach out ( reasonable) but negates said “filter” working!
Result: you give up reading through hundreds of jobs that are not applicable to find the ones that are!

Shame really....

Expired

Some of the jobs I have been sent have clearly expired, this issue needs to be addressed please.
I also have received the most obscure type of jobs which do not match my requirements. This too is not helpful.
But having said all this, I like the application overall, if these anomalies are corrected I would gladly rate this application higher.

Hi Mrs Hoo, the only reason an expired vacancy would be included is because the vacancy has been expired since the email was created. We understand that this can be frustrating but it would have been live at the time the email was sent. Can't change profile

Unable to change my profile.
I am getting calls from employers who are confused where I live as I have changed my location on my CV but this site tell them my previous location. Who knows how many jobs I could miss out on.

Rather frustrating receiving alerts for multiple positions which apparently match my job search.. all received to date do not match match my job search and to be honest are in completely different job sectors.. very poor.
