Excellent job screen app
This app has been a game changer for our company. It’s allowed us to interview applications more easily as we don’t need to do part of our screening process live. This is great for both the candidate and the company!
We do a 4 question video screening survey which takes less than 5 minutes to complete. We also offer a pre-recorded video of our company to make this less one sided. If we encourage a 1 way video recording, why can’t the interviewee get this as well.
Finding the right company and candidate is a two way street, it must be good for everyone!

Doesn’t Work
A good idea in theory, but the app was unable to upload all of my video responses. I was told by the support team I would have to ask for a rescheduled interview from my prospective employer directly. That’s not the kind of request people want to make to a recruiter when they’re hoping to get hired. Sorry, but this app needs more work.

Extremely Buggy
I simply could not get through an automated job interview process, which is the whole reason that I downloaded the app. The app got stuck on the second question, I’d record my response to it, it would crash, and when I’d open the app back up the same question would be asked to me again only to crash over and over again. I simply could not submit an interview because I couldn’t advance past the second question.
