Login Failure/Customer Support Unresponsive
Tried using this app for the first time and after depositing money into my account it had logged me out. I reset my password but the app still won’t let me log in. I even tried on my computer. As soon as I get me money back I’m deleting this app. There’s no way this should ever happen.

I downloaded the app today and I’m so far liking it but I’m not sure if u guys do like 0.5 specials or anything I think that would bring a lot of people in and I was looking for a dark mode bc my eyes are kinda trash and I don’t like the white light but yea if u guys could add that this app would be 100x better

Worst lines
They never have good lines that are available to most other fantasy betting apps, the “daily discounts” are usually risky none the less and this app has the least amount of lines ever, and they’re the worst lines to bet on too besides the occasional double double line for NBA. Their are about 7 apps better than this I recommend, don’t waste your money and time here, I regret putting money in here after the first week of seeing what lines and what “discounts” the app gives!

Terrible Customer Support
I have bet with a lot of various pick ‘em apps, and when I tell you this app may be the worst one of them all, I’m not exaggerating. It is impossible to reach customer support, they just flat out blatantly ignore you. I have been trying to resolve a very small issue having to do with verifying my identity, for about a month now. I have sent numerous emails, I have posted to their social media pages. I have hounded them everyday about this issue nonstop and I am yet to receive any kind of response. They initially say wait 7-10 days for a response from support (which is crazy in itself) but I did in fact wait 10 days before I started sending emails everyday. Still no response. Overall the app design looks nice, they have great lines. But if you want to bet on an app that doesn’t treat you like your crush and never texts you back I suggest you stay far away from JockMKT.

No markets
Honestly they should change their name to jock pick ‘em. Yes there are markets but only NFL and baseball these last few months. Only having one active market makes it harder for me to use this app instead of underdog if most of what’s being marketed is their pick ‘em section of the app. Not sure if they’ve noticed but the nba and hockey are going on right now too, where are those markets? Make jock mkt great again!
