Login Failure/Customer Support Unresponsive

Tried using this app for the first time and after depositing money into my account it had logged me out. I reset my password but the app still won’t let me log in. I even tried on my computer. As soon as I get me money back I’m deleting this app. There’s no way this should ever happen.

I got a few suggestions

I downloaded the app today and I’m so far liking it but I’m not sure if u guys do like 0.5 specials or anything I think that would bring a lot of people in and I was looking for a dark mode bc my eyes are kinda trash and I don’t like the white light but yea if u guys could add that this app would be 100x better

Worst lines

They never have good lines that are available to most other fantasy betting apps, the “daily discounts” are usually risky none the less and this app has the least amount of lines ever, and they’re the worst lines to bet on too besides the occasional double double line for NBA. Their are about 7 apps better than this I recommend, don’t waste your money and time here, I regret putting money in here after the first week of seeing what lines and what “discounts” the app gives!

Terrible Customer Support

I have bet with a lot of various pick ‘em apps, and when I tell you this app may be the worst one of them all, I’m not exaggerating. It is impossible to reach customer support, they just flat out blatantly ignore you. I have been trying to resolve a very small issue having to do with verifying my identity, for about a month now. I have sent numerous emails, I have posted to their social media pages. I have hounded them everyday about this issue nonstop and I am yet to receive any kind of response. They initially say wait 7-10 days for a response from support (which is crazy in itself) but I did in fact wait 10 days before I started sending emails everyday. Still no response. Overall the app design looks nice, they have great lines. But if you want to bet on an app that doesn’t treat you like your crush and never texts you back I suggest you stay far away from JockMKT.

No markets

Honestly they should change their name to jock pick ‘em. Yes there are markets but only NFL and baseball these last few months. Only having one active market makes it harder for me to use this app instead of underdog if most of what’s being marketed is their pick ‘em section of the app. Not sure if they’ve noticed but the nba and hockey are going on right now too, where are those markets? Make jock mkt great again!

Easy money once it clicks

I downloaded this app to play pickem because they had a nice deposit bonus, but lately I’ve been playing markets. It took a couple nights to figure out and it made it easier to only focus on a few players per slate. I’ve been consistently making money and now just need to build my bankroll!!

Great app with a ton of fun ways to win money! I especially enjoy playing the pick’em game where you can build your own parlays. Once you get the hang of the main game, it is extremely rewarding! Will use again.

Jockmkt review

I just joined a few months ago and am really enjoying Jock MKT so far. Pick Em is similar to other sites but they offer far more players. I really also enjoy playing Jockpot everyday. Even though it's really hard to win, being able to choose your own players is much more enjoyable than using default choices like DK and Superdraft. Highly recommend!

The best pick em app

Jock MKT is my favorite app for pick em! They have the best lines by far and offer payouts on the higher end. The app is easy to use and withdrawals are very straightforward. The only downside is that they don't have as many picks as Underdog, but I noticed that they've added CSGO recently so hopefully more sports will be added soon

Promos All The Time 6 stars if I could

I’m up +14 units and I started with a free entry, they match you 100% but have certain codes that add $25 dollar bonus, that’s $225 for a $100 bucks, now where can u beat that, they have trading, sorta like buying and selling stocks, u buy low sell high, Great App highly recommend

Non existent support

I very rarely comment on reviews but this app is totally unsupported by any customer help. Reached out via email, Twitter, even discord. No response. Can’t get verified to use the app bc their identity verification is glitched and fails. Have not had a problem with instant verification on all other similar apps

They make you play through your deposit bonus 500% so you’re most likely going to lose it back to them. It’s also very difficult to find the rules on your bonus and they barely have rules for promos in general but do not get specific for deposit matches. Don’t fall for the deposit match and stay away from this app.

Deposit/withdraws never work

Would love to get in on the action but I’ve been trying for weeks to deposit, and it hasn’t worked a single time. “Due to technical difficulties we are unable to process your request. Please try again later.” Same message every time. I’ve heard a lot of people complaining about being able to withdraw $ too. And the update still didn’t fix the issue. Great idea in theory but seems to be a lot of technical problems.

Payout system concern

The reduced payout for players hitting the exact goal or for a player that’s deemed as DNP after already being picked for an entry is kind of off putting and unfair. I believe that payout system should be tweaked a little bit.

Don’t use this app

The single worst gambling app I have ever used. Terrible promos, barely any sports, and the customer service is horrible.

If you have any thought of using this garbage app, I highly recommend you go to prizepicks, underdog fantasy, or even thrive fantasy. This app doesn’t come close in comparison and isn’t worth the hassle of depositing.

Jock mkt legit

They got so much value on the board better than other apps and 3 man payouts same as UD I think their better than UD and competitive to PP and they payout quick if you contact support
